I realize this doesn't effect his rating, but having a client wait well over an hour each time you see him is just bad. It was extremely frustrating. I also felt as though they didn't take things seriously. My c-section site was having a discharge and when I called they just said it was normal. I had to insist that they take a look at it. Then a year after my kids were born I get a bill from them saying I owe several hundreds of dollars. I am glad I did, because after I looked into it, they actually owed me. Crazy! I am so happy to be done with that practice!
