In my experience, I have found Dr. Brambilla's approach to be scattershot. I have found her to be easily distracted. It seems to me that she communes w/her computer rather than the patient. In the past she has become impatient when I asked for clarification. She has made some comments that I found inappropriate & insulting. She recently wrote me a prescription for a med that is actually quite harmful to another condition I have. I find I often have to redirect her by ignoring her tangents and changing the subject. I can't say I appreciate having to facilitate so much for this doctor. I am quite frustrated w/her and as soon as I find an alternative I will leave her practice.

She allowed my 91 year old mother to make a decision to refuse life-saving treatment without a family member present. Not that the decision would have been any different but Mom should have had family with her at that time.

In my 70 years I have never encountered a Dr. who was so rude and unproffessional. I am truly shocked by her attitude. I will never return!!

I have never had a problem with this Doctor. I find her to be very knowledgeable with any and all issues I have ever presented to her. I am very shocked to see any negative comments at all regarding this doctor. I would recommend her highly to anyone seeking a physician.

I have been seeing Dr. Brambilla for several years now and she has always been so wonderful! She is caring and attentive and always has a smile on her face! She gives great advice and/or treatment and is quite knowledgeable on every medical problem I have encountered. I think out of all the physicians I have had, she would be my favorite. I would recommend her to anybody and everybody!

Dr Brambilla breached legislation re- Patient Health Information & Privacy Legislation and patient confidentially & violated hosptial policy by releasing charts and copies illegally to a 3'rd party. She caused us much grief & thousands of dollars in financial costs by forcing us to take legal action in regards to my fathers care. We have reported this to Brockville General Hospital, with no results known to date.

Worst doctor I have ever encountered in my life. I really want to warn people against having anything to do with her. She wrote to a specialist that I was wasting his time but to see me anyway??????

I found her wonderful to deal with things. I realize and wish other would that if she is behind means that some patient need extra care and she gave it to them.

I am astounded at the negative reports I have read. I always find all the staff there most friendly and accomodating. Yes, she does use her computer alot during the visit but I have never had her withhold results from me and she always listens to my opinions about medication and has not pressured me to adopt her thinking. We have a very good relationship and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor. She makes me want to "behave" with my health regime and that encourages me. I find her very willing to listen and take my opinions on board.
