What is the point of making an appointment if it is always going to take 2-3 hours PAST your appointment to be seen??

Run. You will not get the best of care here. Appointment is rushed and Dr Smith will not talk to you or tell you the plan of treatment. Staff RUDE.

Horrible customer service, they take hours to see you, rude staff. The doctor doesnt take any time with you,

Wait times, as other reviewers noted, can be long but we have experienced similar or longer wait times in both military and other private medical settings. Dr. Smith, however, is an excellent doctor and we highly recommend her.

wait time is atleast three hours and doctor won't know why your there. plan on taking the day off from work and have something to keep you busy. eat before you go and be prepared to wait, wait and wait some more.

This office is terrible! The average wait time for a previously scheduled appointment is 2 hours! Neither reason nor apology is given for the ridiculous wait times. Staff attitude is poor, and fail to return phone calls.
