I don’t care that this office may not be “posh” - Dr Sghiatti has ALWAYS been the most attentive, caring physician for my whole family, beginning 30+ years ago for my parents, and continuing to all of my family in 2018. Excellent Doctor. Very intelligent, absolutely follows through with any illness, tests, medications, and care. Don’t know what we’d do without him. I wish more doctors could be like him - the world would be a better place.

Don't come here this doctor is indifferent, the office is dirt and outdated, and the people who work at the office are rude and constantly make mistakes. I came here for an annual physicals because this office is close to my apartment and is part of my insurance network. The exam was brief and the doctor doesn't seem to care. The worst part was after the exam I noticed claim issue and I started receiving letter from a lab services for the testing done. Turned out they failed to submit the correct claim to my insurance and used an out-of-network lab for testing. I visited the office again to show them the bill I received from the lab services and they promised they would take care of it. For 5 months everytime I received an additional letter I would call them and they kept promising it would be taken care of, but they are full of lies. These are all huge red flags and I am committed to let everyone know about the terrible services this doctor's office provides. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else please.

Kind, caring and available. This doctor will even come to the phone when I call. He always makes me feel comfortable and safe as I have high anxiety at the doctor.

Dr Sghiatti is an exceptional physician. He is down to earth and takes the time to discuss your health concerns. I have been a long time patient and have always received outstanding quality care. His practice is for the entire family and his expertise include everything from diabetes to sports injuries. I have reviewed his background which includes his formal education, professional training, affiliations with other medical care facilities and reviews. This has been helpful however my personal experiences for man years have compelled me to provide the highest rating possible for this highly skilled, knowledgable and caring doctor.

I am a long time patient of Dr. Sghiatti. I have been trying along with other patients for many months to ethically post 5 star reviews on YELP, but they are all always filtered. That is just another name for hiding them so rating won't change. This is very personal to me because this is an exceptional physician. My friends and family are patients and he is caring, friendly, ethical and highly skilled. He will provide medical care services even you have no appointment if needed. I have never seen him turn away anyone in need over abity to pay. He accepts Medicare and private PPO plans . He has excellent credentials and has served our community for many years. He has provided his services to our local hospital. The decor is simple and reflects our beach/marina community. Ample parking. The staff is friendly each time I visit. My experience has been one hundred percent positive. His care has made the difference in my health since my accident.

The office was very untidy and in disarray. It smelled of noxious food odors because the reception staff were eating heated food at their desks. The measurement function on the scale was broken, so they couldn't report my height. The reception staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. The doctor seemed unknowledgeable and I had little confidence walking out of that office. I will not go back.

I've been a patient for over 20 years. No more. I had a reaction to some meds I was prescribed, I called 4 times in the last 2 weeks to ask questions, begging for the Dr. to please call me back, and i still havent heard from him or his staff.
