I have worked in the medical field around a lot of doctors for 25 years. The doctors who really care about their patients are quickly evident. Dr Saks is is one of the Rare ones. She and her staff have helped me for a long time going through some really bad spots. I would recommend her to anyone. She listens and explains the treatment options available. She involves her patients in the care process. Her staff are friendly, efficient and very helpful. She is simply the best.

I moved back to the area and was going to use another doctor that takes my insurance. This was a terrible idea and I had a horrible experience. Dr Saks truly listens and cares and takes ownership of the process, she even goes out of her way to make sure the costs are manageable to help out. Her staff at the front desk is proactive, caring and you get a really good feeling about the whole process. I didn't know how good I had it.

Being a health care provider myself, I can honestly say that Dr Saks is tops in her field. I have worked along side multiple doctors and know the great ones from the not-so great ones.
Dr Saks is truly one of the very best in her profession. Kind, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable about the newest and best medications out there today. I've researched much about depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorders and know that I have the best doctor to guide me through the maze of mental health issues. She gives each of her patients the time and attention they need. Her staff is on target. Dr Saks is readily available to intervene and help you in emergency crisis situations. It is difficult enough to overcome and maintain mental health issues, but having Dr Saks as your doctor is the first step in the right direction.

I was overall pleased with this office until I was prescribed a new medication and experience severe side effects. I was told to call if I noticed anything unusual, so I did. I left a message with the secretary and multiple on the voicemail. Everything I saw online stated that my side effects were very severe and that I should get help immediately. I was very frightened and no one from the office would call me back. I called my family doctor, who urged me to promptly to to the hospital. I am very disappointed by this and will not return.

Great office. Great Staff. Always on time. Very discreet. Ayla in the front office is the nicest, sweetest person and always organized, knowledgeable, and helpful. And always helpful when i need to reschedule too. Just all around great experience every visit.

The best mental health care available is Dr. Saks. From my first visit 8 years ago I've always felt safe and un-judged. She truly cares about her patients. I would recommend her office to anyone in need.

Dr. Saks simply put is trustworthy. For many many years she has been here for me. I can tell her everything knowing she will not judge me. She gives constructive feed back and truly listens. But more importantly she genuinely cares about her patients. I can only speak from my experience with her. I would highly recommend Dr.Saks. Her staff has always been respectful and helpful. We all as human beings go through difficult times,some very dark and at times feeling alone. If you feel alone like no one could possibly understand, please know there is someone you can call and see to help you. You are not alone and there is no shame in reaching out for guidance. Again Trustworthy is how I describe Dr. Bonnie Saks. I am truly grateful for her helping me through some of the hardest times in my life. This place is just filled with rude and incompetence. They don't care, are on a pharmaceutical reps payroll and never stop pushing drugs for problems you don't even have. When you want to get off the drugs they'll discharge you as a patient. They also lose your records and don't have a clue what's going on. They always seem to think you owe them an extra copay when you don't as well.

I have tried so many medications and nothing was working so I decided to switch doctors to see if someone else could help. Well I went to Dr. Saks and she found the perfect combination of medications for me! I have turned my life around since then and I am so grateful!
