Amazing! He deserves more than 5 stars! I walked around Cedars Sinai and told everybody I knew Dr. Shadi. They all said that they loved him and he was awesome. I don't really know why everybody is leaving such negative comments on here because most people outside of the internet are really satisfied with Shadi. I feel like if you are upset, you only review the doctor. Dr. Shadi is putting a smile on people's faces everyday and I experienced it in mid 2018. My mother was visiting Dr. Shadi, and though she sadly passed away, we knew it was going to happen. Shadi was so sweet and caring for our family. I did realize one time, that he got 30 calls in 45 minutes, WHILE HE WAS OFF CALL. He told me that once every week he gets waken up around 4 am to help his patients. Now, rather than complaining about him not answering emails or calls, think about the amount of them he receives. Dr. Shadi's wife has also informed me that he isn't very good with iPhone's, so we should give him a break. He is such a funny, caring, and helpful guy and does not deserve the hate that you are giving. Thank you!

Quite possibly the worst doctor and human being I have ever met. Terrible listener. Doesn't care about the patient. He only cares about money and his status. When there are so many great doctors around, I'm not sure why anyone would stick with him after the initial visit.

Dr. Shadi and his staff deserve more than five stars, he is truly awesome!
After six years never had the time to do any check up, I went there with over weight, hight Cholesterol, hight blood pressure, hight blood sugar, i was really preoccupied,
Dr. Shadi was so helpful in every way possible, he provided me a full diagnostic in no time, always in contact with me, he cares about his patients and he is very passionate with what he does, he always wants to be sure to send you to the best specialists, he really made life easier for me, i really recommend Dr. Shadi and so fortunate to have found him.

Quite possibly the worst doctor experience I've had in a long time. Dr Shadi was assigned to me as my general doctor while I was hospitalized at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Throughout the time I was there and even upon discharge, he gave me misinformation which was later contradicted by other doctors with greater expertise. It didn't seem like Dr Shadi really cared about giving answers, more that he just wanted to get in and out. Upon my discharge, I needed some time-sensitive paperwork from him - he told me all I needed to do was to email him with what was needed and that he'd take care of it. After 3 weeks of unanswered emails and calls, both to him and his office, and then being given the runaround by his office multiple times, I was told by Dr Shadi that I then had to make an appointment and become a patient of his in the office. I luckily am under another doctor's care who also saw me while at Cedars and has greater expertise in my situation - that doctor was able to provide the paperwork needed in less than a day. I've never been more dismayed by a doctor's practice than I have been with my experience with Dr Payam Shadi and his staff.
