Plan on a minimum of at least 1 hr. wait time to see Dr. Even if you are the 1st appt. of the day, your wait time will be at least an hour. If your appt. is at 9am when they claim to open, do not be in a rush, as the employee who opens in the mornings will be late. as she watches the Doctors habits off keeping people waiting with no regard for their time, her staff is quite comfortable doing the same to you. Additionally, never dare to question information given to you, as the doctors staff will tell you, and I quote "if you are unhappy with our office, then you should find another doctor". And UNBELEIVABLY Dr. Enzensperger will back up her employee and tell you the same thing. This office obviously has too many patients and so they have no reason to try to work out any issues that may arise. Please do not think this office will call you to remind you of an upcoming appt. They make it very clear they do not have time. This is the only doctors office we have ever used that does not make courtesy calls to advise patients of upcoming appts. If you fail to arrive for an appt., in retaliation, they will not approve ANY refills for prescriptions for you, regardless of the medication you may require to remain healthy. I urge you to use great caution should you decide to use this doctor and her unprofessional staff.

She is an awesome doctor. She even does her own labs. She's very good about calling you on lab work you don't have to go in for an appointment to pay for an appointment her office will call you. Unfortunately she only takes ppos.
