Please do your homework. I would never recommend this dentist i now have had to have all top teeth pulled and dentures because Jeff loftus put 25000 dollars worth of work on my top front teeth and basically ruined them and they take no responsibility for their work and he is a fraud

Going to Loftus has been the worst experience of my life. They mess up and offer no solution after u give them 20000. Yes 20 thouand and now I have no teeth but pecks on top as he can't keep my temporaries on. Then they said my insurance wouldn't help so no use submitting because all comedic. Look at my metlife and he went and submitted claim for 6000. Money is all they want and they don't care what they have done to my life......

I have been to many dentists, having numerous root canals, crowns and then losing the teeth anyway. Costly and depressing. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Loftus and his staff, their knowledge and skill is superior.

Dr Jeff and his staff were extremely comforting and helpful when I recently made a visit to his office. I was apprehensive since I had a bad dental experience several years ago, but Dr Jeff put me at ease with his comforting style and gentle touch. I had many dental problems that he repaired with great attention to detail and I was actually comfortable and relaxed throughout the procedures. I'm very happy with the results. He took the time to explain everything in detail including the cost and I would refer my best friend and family to him. This is a great dental office.

Jeff has always taken great care of me. I had a particularly unique situation with my wisdom teeth that he was incredibly knowledgeable about. He gave me all the options and I didn't feel pressured to go one way or another. When we talked about the situation he was interested not only in my teeth but what was best for me. He actually cared about me as a person. This is particularly refreshing to me because I have seen a few other dentist who insist I have expensive procedures done but then don't even remember my name. I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone who is looking for a highly skilled dentist who actually cares about people!

overcharges and messes up my crown. Wont file insurance and think about that for a minute??? There is a reason he does not file and make you pay. I got strep last time I went there-clean your tools!

Dr. Jeff Loftus is a very skilled and dedicated dentist. He attends continuing education several times per year. He is the best dentist I have ever seen and I used to live in Southern California and was on the staff of the USC Dental School, so I have lots of experience with various dentists. He recently successfully retreated a root canal for me with a new technique, whereas all other attempts prior to him failed. He offers various choices to accommodate his patients. You have a stellar dentist in Rapid City, take advantage of it and go see him.

I had a unique situation that 2 other Dentists told me nothing could be done. Jeff corrected the problem on the 1st vist. That was over 8 years ago. My wife now sees Jeff and he is by far the most skilled Dentist we have seen. His office staff is also top notch.

Messed up a crown. Had to go to another dentist to get it corrected. Also felt like I was always pressured to do additional unnecessary treatments.
