ALWAYS a long wait and the staff is VERY RUDE!!! The Doctor doesn't want to be bothered with your concerns.

He diagnosed my colon cancer after a colonoscopy so I am grateful. Only complaint was the way I was told I had cancer. No compassion or empathy.

ok, he is very busy and runs late. however, he is very kind, knowledgeable with a quirky sense of humor. i dont mind waiting, he answers questions and does a one on one. more drs. should take the time to explain in detail and acknowledge a patients concerns. he is worth it.

When I told the office manager that it was as if a hot curling iron had been put against my flesh, she said the Dr. didn't do it and told me that I got the Anal Fissures "SOME OTHER WAY" and when I asked for some help with pain management said that any pharmacy would NOT fill a prescription for pain unless I had been there before and would most likely not honor a faxed script. This Dr. HAD TO KNOW what he had done. Dr. did not see me after the procedure. The nurse said that he wanted to, but he passed right by me as I sat by myself waiting and went to another patient. That nurse was wonderful! It was more than 23 hours since I had eaten (I fasted since 6 PM - was scheduled for 11 AM - I left the office around 4 PM. The office called me the next morning. I had not begun to function. I told her that I was OK. I believe our bodies will heal given a chance. When I finally asked for help I was insulted and denied.
