I was referred for thyroid issues/nodes... automatically assumed I was there for diabetes... barely managed to get referred to surgeon... been in ER too many times since - 2× within 24hrs... Faidi was charming in person-to-person via phone prior to ER visit? Forget it. Obviously POOR communication between Dr. & staff.
