OMG. I am a Doctor myself. Had some blood work ordered by Dr. Baqai and called to make appt to go over my results. Meanwhile I had another appointment and wanted to pick up my blood work results. They said it can not be emailed and faxed to me .Then I asked if I could pick it up and they said no. Because due to Hippa regulations they could not give it to me. I started laughing and then got upset as the staff was incompetent . The patient can and have the right to pick up blood work results.The office is dirty, no one knows what is going on. The staff would not let me get a word out. She would not listen and kept repeating herself and loudly. Is this How this Doctor trains her staff? I have never given any bad reviews, always give people a benefit of doubt This is my first negative review ever. Please stay away . Dr.K

Terrible doctor. Recommends unnecessary procedures. Pushes you to by products don't need.

Rude doctor. Always late to my appointments. Keeps rescheduling my appointments also. Office seems disorganized and not clean. Dr. seems to be bit business-centered and detached. I feel like I'm on an assembly line in this office.

I agree, the nurse is terrible. Does not return calls and makes mistakes. The doctor is good when you finally get in from the waiting room.

Office staff is great. The nurse deserves negative points. Rude , forgetful, and wears a dirty shawl.
