I have been a patient of Dr Krystyna for 15 years now and have never met a more through Doctor , Yes you wait because she gives you as much time as needed and you know the people who are being seen as you wait are getting the same. I have moved 80 miles away and still keep her as my Doctor because there is no one like her. My husband , Mother and sister all go there for the same reason. Her thoroughness saved my husbands life , his kidney cancer would never have been detected had she not insisted on tests not once but twice as 4 years after his kidney was removed she caught prostrate cancer. So yes I sit and wait because she is worth it.

I needed to get a primary doctor to give me clearance for my surgery. As I had not been to my primary dr. in years, I tried to find once quickly that was in my area. My first visit with Dr.Krystyna Szewczyk-Szczech was 3 hours and most of the time was just waiting for her to see me. It is ridiculous to have to wait 1 1/2 to 2 hrs to see a doctor! I had to come back for blood work and instead of giving me the results over the phone she made me come back in. After waiting 1 1/2 hrs. for her to come into the examining room, my fiance and I complained that was the 2nd time we've been there and the wait was outrageous both times. Her exact words in her broken polish accent were "please find new doctor". Then we mentioned how unprofessional she was taking phone calls on her cell phone when she was in the room with us and her next response was "I need silence to concentrate"!!! I found her very unprofessional and rude and would NEVER go back again. I just want to add that the ONLY reason we waited that long without leaving was because my surgery was in 1 week so I had to get clearance a.s.a.p. Also, between the first and second visit she sent me to a pulmonary dr and we were in and out of his office (and he is a specialist) in about 1/2 hr and he faxed the clearance form right after we left his office! Now he is someone I would highly recommend.

Appointments never on time. Right now I have been waiting for 140 minutes. The staff is just incapable of handling the immense workload. Looking for a new doctor.

Best doctor around - I would recommend to every one. Dr. Krystyna really care and if she do not know some problem she would refer you to other good doctors.

One simple sentence,,,, My mom is allergic to penicilin and she gave her cipro,,,, Almost lost my mom.... I hated going there because it seems like they make up diseases and send you to get all the tests . Long wait, poor knowledge,,,, waste of time

man this doctor is straight from circus. scrared me to death about a sickness that I don't have behave like she wants to make money more than care about her patients. Ive waited to see her for an hour and the first thing that she asked me after seeing me a week before was " how can I help you ?" lol I don't know how long shes going to stay in business

Never go back.I spent 3 hours to see dr.They did not listen my explain about symptoms .After they get tests results ,they calledme come (even everything was ok.)Doctors are unknowledgable.

Dr. Krystyna is a very helpful doctor. She listens to the patient to understand what the problem is. The office is very clean, and the workers are very nice and answer your questions.
