Front desk is scary and rude. You get to hear her be rude to Apts is on the phone constantly. Dr g gives you 6 minutes maybe. Staff not very happy and Rose is negative and rough

Office staff is very rude and unprofessional. Seems to be a common occurrence based on other reviews. Would not recommend.

Spent a fortune for bridges that took months to complete start to finish, only to have them not fit properly. I insisted the top one be redone. The second bridge STILL has gaps and doesn't fit properly AND the upper bridge is not the same shade as the lower. I finally gave up because I couldn't afford to waste anymore money. I'm saving up to go to someone who can fix my teeth the right way. He's a nice enough guy, but I wouldn't ever refer him to anyone.

I was given a treatment plan that would cost over $1000 by another dental office in Jupiter and I became very suspicious because I have always had excellent teeth. I went to Dr. Guerra for a second opinion, without my expressing any concerns about the original diagnosis. After reviewing my xrays and doing an examination he told me that my teeth looked good and that I needed no work. 3 years later, I still have had to do no work on my teeth and Dr. Guerra is my family's dentist.

I saw Dr. Guerra with a problem with a bridge. He cut my bridge and kept me calm the whole time. I was really happy I saw him. I like this guy....also he has a smile a mile long and knows his stuff.

Worst dental experience. My son had to have a crown replaced and we were told it would be covered at 60% by the office staff here( it took them over 2 months to get this info so you'd think it was correct). 3 weeks after the treatment we were billed an additional $541 that suddenly wasn't covered by insurance!? Also the crown was poorly done with gaps on both sides! Avoid

Would NOT recommend. PUSH YOU TO HAVE SERVICES YOU DO NOT NEED AND NOT HONEST! Went there for crown and was told by staff I had plenty of benefits to cover cost. Asked them to double check because my benefits would start over soon and I could wear temporary crown until then. They said I was covered so I went ahead and had molds taken (which had to be retaken as they did not do them correctly first time) and crown placed. I was told I needed to have a cavity repaired (second opinion showed NOT TRUE!). After crown place, I was having pain but dentist would not get on phone to discuss. THEN, I received a bill for >$1,000 saying my benefits HAD run out. When I asked about it, receptionist (Vanessa) said well, we do not always have time to wait on phone with insurance to verify things (after I had specifically asked and offered to wait). Still having pain which only makes the situation that much worse.

I had to have work done on my lower teeth. I was talking to a friend about my situation not knowing that she worked for Dr. Guerra. She suggested I give her a call and she would see what could be done. I called her the next day and she scheduled me in for the next day. I was taken care of like a celebrity and was told the cheapest and best way to take care of my problem.I was well taken care of and believe it or not my fee was half the price of a previous estimate. I would highly recommend Dr. Guerra.
