Called to make an appointment as a new patient and quickly realized this doc was not for me- receptionist called the medical assistant (an unlicensed employee) a nurse and said that the "nurse" would address patient phone calls. No access to the physician by phone or email is not a helpful relationship and not appropriate for busy professionals. Too bad.

Alot of new staff since my last visit. Staff was caring and prompt. Dr. Ochsner was prompt. The staff followed up with me after my appointment within 3 days.

I made the mistake of using this doctor's office. The staff is rude. The financial officer is perhaps one of the most inconsiderate, mistaken and hard to deal with individual I've ever come across. The doctor was unhelpful repeatedly and my wife and I suffered needlessly for over a year with tonsil infections. An issue that was immediately and easily cleared up with a different doctor. I've also witness them call the police (and threaten to call the police) on their clients. I would never recommend this office.

Did not care for bedside manner. Went in for papsmear and was told she did not do smears on that day, would have to make another appointment for that procedure.She blood work but, would not discuss results over the phone,so had to make an appointment for that also. I am 45, 5'2", 125 lbs. and she told me I was too skinny for my age. Has she not heard of the obesity epidemic in America. Did not go back to this doctor, would not recommend her to anyone

Very friendly physician and staff. I am almost always able to get an appointment on the day I call for one. The staff is friendly and helpful beyond the norm I've experienced elsewhere. Superb experience!
