This Dr. scoped my husband and caused him an enormous amount of pain. He did not offer any pain management for the procedure, nor did he warn my husband that there would be pain. He seemed oblivious to the amount of pain he was causing. He clearly knew his stuff, but was very flippant about the results, next steps, and risks. My husband walked out in shock - from the pain, and very unclear on what he could do to resolve his prostate issues. It was a kind of "Oh well, yes this will get worse, too bad, take this medication it probably won't help much." kind of thing.
