Arrived early as asked to. I asked lady at check in if they were running on schedule, she answered "yes". I proceeded to wait in the little exam room for over an hour past my scheduled appt. time. when I expressed my disappointment with their level of service, they did nothing to help rectify the problem. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

After a trip to the emergency room for an arm injury, I was referred to Dr. Alexander. That was 8 years ago and three procedures ago. I wouldn't consider another orthopedic doctor. Julyy 22nd and I am in Canada with a torn tibia band. Health care her is free for me, yet I will be heading to Florida to get treatment. I would not trust anyone else, than Dr A. TJM

Dr. Alexander is a wonderful doctor. My husband was diagnosed with bone cancer in his finger and we had no insurance. I called around to many doctors and no one would see him except for Dr. A. Dr. A knew we could not afford an oncologist, so he called his collegues and discussed my husbands case with several other docotrs and the final outcome was amputation. He literally saved my husbands life. He accepted us in his practice with a caring and open heart. His bedside manner is impecable along with his office staff. We highly recommend Dr. A. He is up there with the best.

In my experience, Dr. Alexander is very caring, attentive, knowledgeable and attentive. Other of my family members have seen him and share my opinion of him. I would recommend him to patients needing an excellent orthopedic physician.

Very rude, gruff, and antagonistic. Found fault with everything I reported about my injury. I felt he was nothing more than a shill for Workman's Comp!
