She never called me about test results. I went there to get my prescriptions that is all. She say did anybody tell you that you are deficient in Vitamin D? She should have told me. She never told me what to do, so I went and bought some vitamin D. I kept up with all the medication, some of which made my legs hurt for 7 years. I found out by doing a lot of reading, I took 2 suppliments and that cured me after 7 yrs. It took about a week and half for my legs to stop hurting. I change doctors And he told me I was taking too much insulins and he said I had another problem that diabetics have. He fixed that I wasn't examined when I went to the office. My sugars are now lower especially in the AM.

Dr. Pinto was very punctual when we came to visit for the first time. She was straightforward in her diagnosis for my son's hypothyroidism condition and did not try to sugar coat. She did not opt for medicated treatment rather wanted to further evaulate before any type of treatment prescribed -- this was a relief that she wanted to do more research instead of jumping to conclusions like some doctors and prescribe medication. She also followed up promptly when recieving test results -- the nurses had called initially with the results and Dr. Pinto called the same day to go into more detail. I liked that the office is a little high-tech (no medical flip charts - everything is noted on a labtop computer). She sometimes seems a bit rushed / hurried (being that there are a high volume of patients) though she has good beside manner.

Fantastic Doctor who really listens and takes textbook knowledge and blends it with real life and the issues with the patient. Unbelievably fast results with tests and calls same day results are received in office! Paperless files and staff is responsive.

She will spend time with you on all your concerns. Did extensive testing that other doctors did not do and called me to add a few other tests.
