Our recent visit to Dr. Jerzy Wybranowski-Poray was incredibly frustrating. The doctor's significant delay in seeing us, coupled with his impatience and refusal to accommodate a simple request , left us feeling unheard and frustrated. Effective communication and empathy were lacking, making this visit far from satisfactory.

This physician is exceptionally kind, attentive and caring. I did not have a GP when I needed to have a government form completed in order to qualify for a Handicapped parking permit. He not only sent me for a new x-ray (to be sure his recommendation would be based on recent images), he took the extra time to suggest some ways to relieve the pain from walking around with my seriously osteoarthritic knees. While the xray was telling enough, he went the extra mile of advising me how to cope with the mobility challenge. What a lovely human. Thank you, dear Doctor W-P.

Ce fut pour moi un privilège d'avoir été reçu par le Dr Wybranowski à la Clinique StatCare de Pointe-Claire. Dr W. prend le temps nécessaire, il écoute son patient, est très compétent et répond à nos questions. Réelle empathie.

I feel lucky to have been seen by Dr. Wybranowski at the Statcare clinic on the west island. He did not rush me and was very concerned and thorough. I only wish that he accepted new patients at his own family practice.

a cause de ce médecin , j'ai perdue un rein car il refusait de me faires passée des analyses, de plus au moment de remplir mon formulaire de la Saaq , il a dit qu'Il ne pouvait pas parce que mon dossier a vait été égaré et ce a 2 reprises, du coté de la Saaq et assurance maladie

R. Poray a toujours pris le temps qu'il fallait pour écouter. Il me demandait toujours comment j'allais depuis la dernière visite. Ce médecin avait une empathie qu'on ne voit plus de nos jours. Lorsqu'il m'a annoncé sa retraite je suis tombé de ma chaise. Je lui ai apporté une carte de bonne retraite et lui ai souhaité bonne retraite. Ce médecin me manque beaucoup.

His a good family dr. he treat me with patients and with care not like a preduction line...he takes the time to understand and compassion and logical ....my Dr. for 8yrs...I will truly miss him......I hope I able to get help as soon as possible,) after dr poray retire...

We were truly saddened to be informed by Dr. Poray of his decision to retire this coming August after some 39 years of active practice. Needless to say, my wife and I have been extremely happy to have had Dr. Poray as our family physician for over 16 years. We always considered him to be very approachable, attentive, caring and most knowledgeable.
He would always follow-up on all diagnostic tests and would invariably prescribe the most appropriate and effective medications and advice.
We truly wish him the very best in his retirement years ahead! We will truly miss our Dr. Poray.
