She will charge you THOUSANDS of dollars up front and claim to be able to cure just about anything. Read the report from the medical board....5 different patients complained about her. My advice - always check out any doctor...I learned the hardway with Jennifer Sosnowski. I didnt check her out before I gave her $15000 up front. Dont end up like me.

IF you eat the standard American diet (junk food), sit on a couch, and get no sleep, then you will probably see results from Dr. Sosnowski's program. If you have a specific medical problem you are looking to solve, then keep searching for a real functional medicine practitioner. Dr. Jen's program is a one-size-fits-some-people program, despite her statements otherwise. There is one diet for everyone, one exercise program for everyone, etc. The only thing individualized is the amount of supplements she can get you to agree to buy and take.

I felt like she was NOT prepared for any of my meetings with her, and I don't believe she ever looked at the reams of forms that I filled out before I came to my first appointment. She told me to stop taking my statins (I have never been on statins), she told me that I would be on Ox Bile forever since I didn't have a gallbladder any more (I still have it), etc. She was always in a rush.

I was the ultimate sucker and popped for the "Individualized program". The "personal sessions" turned out to be the "health coach" reading to me either from the program book, some material they printed off the internet, or just chatting about nothing in particular. A total waste of my time.

The program notebook wasn't worth the paper it was printed on. Some sections were literally just copied from the internet with NO attribution to the original authors. And the one phrase in just about each section was "we won't get into a lot of detail". Dude - that's what I'm paying you for, the details.

Her go-to website that she considers to have useful information is nothing but junk science and conspiracy theories. Had I known that right from the beginning I would never have signed up for the program.

At the end of the program almost nothing had changed and she had done very little to try to figure out why my labwork was off. And she wanted me to sign up for another 6 months so she could "work with me to get to the bottom of it". I paid you for 6 months to do that and you didn't, so why would I pay again for nothing?

I had originally considered traveling to the California Center for Functional Medicine to meet with a leading person in the Functional Medicine arena, Chris Kresser. But due to personal reasons I was not able to. Had I gone out there though, I would have spent LESS money, gotten results, AND gotten a trip to California out of the deal. Now I will be paying this off for another year before I can afford to go somewhere else and got my issues looked at.

I am a retired nurse with many complicated health issues who has sought numerous health providers over the years with no positive results, only to be put on more pharmaceutical meds which I didn't want. After 35 years of working alongside doctors in and out of my professional career and observing their many different styles and approaches to medicine, I can only give praises and the highest of compliments to Dr. Jenn Sosnowski and her staff. Dr. Jenn has a caring, warm personality and her wealth of knowledge is much appreciated. Her staff are all a professional team who make you feel loved and valued. Whether at a one on one visit with Dr. Jenn, a coaching call, or communicating by text messages I never feel rushed or unimportant. Dr. Jenn loves to conquer the challenging, difficult cases! Her practice has state of the art equipment and so many options depending on a person's health needs. I would encourage anyone seeking answers and root causes of their conditions that are tired of "taking a pill for every ill" to become Dr. Jenn's patient and get control of their health journey. I can't express my gratitude enough for her expert care in making me well again!

Dr. Sosnowski has amazing knowledge and intuition! I have struggled with some health issues for 7 years and tried many avenues and I am finally improving under her care. Much appreciation for her and the staff at MVP medical!!

I have never experienced such thorough and concerned care from a physician and staff! Dr. Jenn is amazing with not only her knowledge, but her genuine passion for improving her patients' health. The staff was professional, kind and interested. I am so used to going to a Dr. and having him/her spend only a few minutes trying to explain my symptoms and then leaving the office with a prescription for a pill in hand. All with the notion of curbing the symptoms and not getting to the route of the problem Such a blessing to have a Dr. and staff that treat you as an individual and treating you as a partner in resolving your own health issues.

I was greeted quickly and in a very friendly way. Vitals were gathered quickly and professionally and also in a friendly way. This was a visit to establish Dr. Sosnowski as my PCP. I was only kept waiting a few minutes for the doctor and her interview was very professional, sensitive and complete. I really appreciate the time she takes with her patients. There is never a feeling that I didn't get enough time. I have known Dr. Sosnowski for some time as a result of taking a good friend of mine to see her, so I had a pretty good idea what the experience would be like. That night, I had an accident that resulted in injury. When I called the next day, I was in to see the doctor the same day. Actually within a couple hours. The situation was once again handled in a friendly, efficient, professional way from the front door all the way thru treatment back to the front door. I go back tomorrow for my followup and know that my experience will be just like the last 2, and all the ones I've been in with my friend. Dr. Sosnowski is very highly recommended and I should have started seeing her a long time ago. I believe had I done that, I'd have saved myself a lot of frustration with other doctors I've seen. I'd give her more stars if I could.

Dr. Jennifer Sosnowski has been nothing short of a blessing and a help to me. I started seeing her in April after 3 months of no answers from general medicine and doctors throwing in the towel with respect to helping me figure out why I was very ill. Jennifer takes all the time she needs with you - you never feel rushed. She consults with you without any pressure - she shares information and her ideas about what to do next and lets you decide what you want to do. She is extremely knowledgeable about all kinds of things and will explain things to you (since most reading this are not educated in medicine). She will use anything and everything to figure out what is going on - she continuously researches, presents you with information, and shares what she thinks can help you. Besides my faith, Jennifer and her staff gave me hope when I had very little and felt horrible - they are like a family working together with you to help you get back to health and even excel beyond your old standard of health (since most of us are not as healthy as we might like to think). I would recommend anyone give her a fair try and see what she can do for you, especially if you are not getting answers anywhere else. She is worth every penny and all of the time I have spent with her, and she is unlike any other doctor I have ever used.

Dr. Jen has gone above and beyond to help track down some very specific symptoms to get me on the top step of the podium. I have been to 3 different doctors usually resulting in the same blanket answer, whereas Dr. Jen has put her full effort forward in tracking down issues. I love coming to see Dr. Jenn! I'm uncomfortable going to hospitals and doctors offices, and I'm totally at ease at MVP. Everyone is super nice and friendly, and I know that I am getting quality care.
