Hernia surgery; damaged nerve in incision area. No assistance, gave poor advise on remedy. 5 years later still in pain. Stay away from this guy if you value your health; he's a ****.

He is now retired. I will miss him greatly. Although he referred me to Dr. Hardeman at the urologyteam who I really like as well.

Dr. Jacobson unfortunately is now retired, but was absolutely great to work with. I found his staff to be pretty good as well, and happy to help in any way they could. Dr. Jacobson, was very professional, and every went the extra mile to explain some scientific explanations for the medication he suggested, explaining how it reacted with other elements in my body, to keep me from getting kidney stones. I really appreciate when people, especially doctors, don't automatically expect me to not be able to understand what they're saying, so it was very appreciated. I would suggest him for any and everyone, and will go with his recommendation for another urologist.

Dr. Jacobson has helped my dad a lot over the last 5 years. He is a great MD and is very genuine. He does charity work over seas and has been a blessing to my father.

Dr Jacobson made a good impression on my initial visit for a routine male fertility check. We sat in his office, he told me a little bit about himself, and he was very friendly and cordial. I wish I could say the same about his staff. They were incredibly unhelpful and unreliable when I was trying to find out the results of the testing we had done. They would not tell me anything about the results except if I scheduled another appointment ($$). They would only say that he wanted to put me on drug xxx (more $$), which seemed awfully premature given that he didn't even take a detailed history at my first visit. I asked them twice to ask Dr J to give me a call at his convenience so I could at least get a 5-second summary of what was going on. Whether they never passed on the message, or Dr. Jacobson just blew me off, I'll never know, but I never heard back. So they never heard back from me either. And I became a father shortly thereafter. So much for his diagnosis.
