Competed the most comprehensive explaination of my 79 yrs old mother's cancer diagnosis, surgeries, and pathology findings. Used visual aids and illustrations to discuss treatment plan. Bedside manner was excellent - for the first time in months of seeing several doctors and specialists, my mother felt like someone cared about her and empathized with her cancer experience. Recommendations were clear, concise, and explained in layman' terms. My mother left with a smile on her face - that's refreshing!
