I made an appointment to have my teeth cleaned and a filling which had fallen out replaced. Despite 7+ injections he could not numb my teeth, so the procedure was very painful and a little frightening. He was very rough - my jaw now feels bruised and a few teeth are very sore, which has never happened before. He found 4 additional teeth which needed filling, which surprised me as I very rarely need even one filling when I see my regular dentist. He tried to tip me out with just the filling, not doing the clean and when I queried this saying I did not want to have to come back he proceeded to drill and fill the 4 cavities he alleged to have found and apply flouride which I had not asked for and didn't want. When I went to pay (via my health fund as I had been told no money would be required at all) the girl put in a tonne of item numbers and it exceeded my limit. 3 of the items were for things that I had not requested and am not sure were done. They badgered me for extra money.
