Saw this Dr in the ER and he was wonderful. Great bedside manners, compassionate and as fast and efficient as reasonably possible in a busy ER.

I was in emergency and was treated horribly by another physician and was in excruciating pain and the nurse stated she would triage me with this physician as the other physician apparently discharged me, but I was not told this and refused to leave because I was in excruciating pain and no one was dealing with it. This doctor used to be my family physician and he was wonderful with myself and my entire family and my child. I sat there and he came into the room I was in to grab supplies after an hour of him being on and he said nothing to me. After three hours and an empty emergency, he still refused to see me as the previous doctor stated all they would give me was a nerve medication and nothing more and passd that onto this doctor. He wouldn't come in to assess my pain, I had severe sciatica, muscle spasms, migraine and a headache. Neither physician initiated the migraine protocol, didn't hydrate me when I was clearly dehydrated. So finally being over dosed and messed up on the nerve medication they gave me, the nurse asked if I had someone to come and pick me up so as I was so out of it I finally just gave up and had family come and get me. My mom told the nurse who wheeled me out how disgusted she was with the treatment I didn't receive, how I was completely ignored, and how she lost all respect for what we once thought was an amazing physician. He has gone down hill since he has been a locum at the ER. I had to go out of town to get proper treatment and a referral to a specialist. Really sad and disgusted.

Best doctor I’ve ever had. Knows my back problems and helped. I havnt has that kind of help ever since and now suffering majorly ever since. No doctors do the work like he did. I don’t even have a family doctor anymore and miss Dr. Scheepers 😢

He is a nice guy. Really great with kids, but I felt like he never listed to me. Afterwards I realized how many patients he had and how many he saw in a day.... no wonder there was always so many mistakes with paperwork etc. He always got information wrong and always wanted to prescribe me medication to solve everything. I’m looking forward to a doc who takes more time to consider your problems and doesn’t just give you pills.
