We recently switched to Dr. Hoben's office. My first experience was wonderful and refreshing. I was comfortable and after the filling was done, I had no discomfort, as I had had from our previous dentist. I highly recommend.

I've recently switched to Dr. Hoben from a dentist that had sold his practice in Woodstock. I immediately felt welcome by his staff. Dr. Hoben had to repair a filling that had been giving me problems, and I was very impressed by the care he took in the procedure, from explaining exactly what he was doing, to making sure I was not in any discomfort through the whole procedure. I had a cleaning done a few weeks later with Tasha, and it was the most thorough cleaning I've ever had. It was also nice to have Dr. Hoben pop his head in the room to make sure the new filling wasn't giving me any problems. I've already recommended him to several friends and family. He's a true professional! Thanks Dr. H!

Dr Hoben is an awesome dentist. My 4 year son had an accident and he smashed his face and hit his two front teeth, Dr. Hoben came in after hours to see him. He was very calm and explained what was gonna happen in a way that didn't scare my son, especially since this was only his second visit to the dentist. He was very gentle with the freezing my son didn't even shed a tear. Even though this was a traumatic experience for both my son and I, Dr Hoben turned it into a positive. My son is asking when do we go back to see Dr Hoben? :)

Dr. Hoben is the reason my children are afraid of dentist's! He was just starting out when he refused to stop when my 6 year old daughter asked him to stop. She was screaming like someone was torturing her. Oh wait, Dr. Hoben was when he wouldn't stop when she was having her tooth pulled. She was begging him to stop because I told her whenever it hurt to tell the dentist, they are there to help. He wouldn't stop to give her more numbing medicine. I only pray he has learned from this mistake.

Dr. Hoben is a fantastic dentist. He is always friendly and cheerful, he preforms excellent dentistry and the staff are all wonderful to me each time I come in. I would recommend dr. Hoben to anyone looking for a dentist in oxford county!

He makes the freezing process as comfortable as a giant needle in the mouth can. Very impressed with that. Friendly, positive, and can make your tooth work reasonably enjoyable.
