Excellent bedside manner and thoroughly shows he cares about your health

We have found Dr Langan insufficiently attentive to the health of me and my wife. We have both presented with conditions where we have been very unwell yet Dr Langan either prescribed no treatment, or an inadequate level of treatment. On four occasions we have had to seek care elsewhere after first seeing Dr Langan. He behaves as though he has all the knowledge and doesn't listen to what we have told him. He has made us feel that there is something wrong with us - that we have to convince him that we are ill and warrant treatment. For example, I presented with a wound in my leg that wasn't healing. He didn't do anything and it required specialist treatment over a period of 2 months before it had healed. You would think some action is required when a knowledgeable patient presents and says "I have a problem". You don't expect to walk away receiving no treatment or a recommendation for a specific course of action. We regret that we cannot recommend Dr Langan.

Not sure what that other person is talking about - Dr. Langan is an amazing doctor who really cares about his patients. He is always warm, empathatic and has help me with my diabetes and high blood pressure so much!! I guess some people can never be pleased

Hands down the worse most uncaring Dr I have ever seen. Be wary! I was 7 mins late for my appt because I had an asthma attack on the way and had to pull over for a couple of minutes. He took it upon himself to scold me for being late and told me he didn't have time to deal with me. I ended up going to an emergency care 2 days later because I got even worse. Turns out I had pneumonia and he misdiagnosed me. He could have killed me with his lack of care.
