Dr. Jon is one of the most down to earth doctors I have ever met. If you want a city white coat with a bedside manner of a dead fish, this is NOT the dr. Dr. Jon is a "country dr" He sees multi-generations in a family. He has a personal rapport with each person. As I read some of these reviews below, I have to smile. I have never seen an office go above and beyond like this office has for my family. From concussions, to leg breaks, to cancer, to chronic illness, to a mystery diagnosis that almost paralyzed my husband, they never refused to call back. They never missed a faxed form. They never were rude, just busy. Your appointment could be 20 minutes or an hour and 20 minutes. Get over it. He will take the time he needs for each patient. Mostly, if you are an informed patient, he will listen to you. I cant say that about many drs anymore. He now sees my teenage sons. If I ever move I would like to pack him and his staff in my suitcase. this is based on 20 years of history.

I love Dr. Jon. I rarely see him, because I am rarely sick. When I do make a visit, though, he listens attentively and responds quickly. I've been a patient for nearly 18 years, I think. In that time, I have had two potentially serious health concerns, which Dr. Jon addressed with appropriate attention to detail and concern. I am a happy patient.

Dr. Jon has been my family Dr. For the past 20 years. He is the most Brilliant Dr there is! He helped me with problems no other Dr. could. I had pain in my jaw upper and lower and I the right temple. The Easton Hospitol emergency room ,said I was having panic attacks , I thought I was having a stroke, turns out I either have a bad tooth with an infection under the filling or TMJ syndrome. Hospitol gave me Percocet for pain , they did not touch it, took 8 of them 8 anvils , nothing took the pain away, I have been up for weeks screaming crying from pain, severe PAIN !! Dr. Jon prescribed penicillin for the infection and Ketorolac for the pain and inflammation . I was pain free I finally got a night of sleep. The pain is gone!! I am going to the office today and give him a kiss!! Never- Never dought this Brilliant Doctor. Thank You Dr. Jon you are the best!!!

The staff at this office is terrible. They constantly mess up paper work, insurance, and lab work, but the receptionists have no problem demanding your co-pay as soon as you step foot in the door. They only have one phone line so every time you call to make an appointment the answer you get is; this line is busy, please try again later. I end up waiting there forever to be seen. I had mono over the winter and my lymph node swelled to the size of a golf ball. So dr Raso decided to send me to a chop shop in Easton to have it removed that day. luckily i went to see a surgeon first to have a console and he told me Raso was crazy. every specialist dr or e.r i go to tell me to never go back to his practice because of all the terrible things they've heard come out of his office.

Dr. Jon is excellent in my opinion, If he can't help you he recommends another doctor who can. He has never missed calling me back when I had a question and answers it in laymen terms so I can understand and carry out his wishes. He is through on easy going. A wonderful doctor.

Dr. Jon is fantastic! My entire family has been going to him since he started practicing. However, his front staff is less than desirable...they are rude on the phone and in person, if you have an appointment right after lunch, they refuse to unlock the door to allow you to wait comfortably inside; until the Dr. has arrived, the billing department has no clue what they are doing...they screw up insurance constantly! It's a shame that such a great Dr. has a front staff that is a total nightmare!! I will continue to go to Dr. Jon, because he is wonderful, as far his staff, I will take them with a grain of salt! Dr. Jon is very knowledgeable and extremely caring and helpful. He has a great bedside manner.
