ALthough sometimes it takes some extra waiting time it is worth the wait - excellent MD

Dr. Buia has too many patients to give effective medical care. She is consistently very late and her front desk staff is cold and rude at times. Not that that's unusual for Miami and she is kind and seems reasonably knowledgeable. But, don't count on her for anything beyond the basics. The priority seems to be patient count and what your insurance will pay, instead of your good health.

Dr Bua is a great when you get to see her. She's absolutely TERRIBLE on time which kills coming to see her. My best advice for those seeking a new doctor is to avoid coming to see her. You will spend more time in the waiting room than actually seeing her. I had the first appointment in the morning and she shows up at her office 30 minutes afterwards. My time is just as precious as the next person. Stay away.

I can't tolerate her waiting time, I made my appointment at 9:00 a.m. and by 12:00 p.m. I was still in the waiting room without hope because they are two patients ahead. I have to leave without seeing her because I was schedule another appointment at 1:00. I have to agree that she is kind but as a patient you deserve respect with your time.

By far she is the best doctor that I have been to in the Miami area. She is kind, warm and supportive--especially when you go through something tough. She also knows the TOP specialists in Miami and she is not above pulling a favor to get you seen right away. I owe my health to Dr. Buia. Yes, she can run behind, but only because she treats her patients like humans and not like numbers.

She's an excellent and very caring doctor. She takes her time with her patients. The only thing is that you have to take something to read or knit while you wait... it's a long waiting time, but she's worth it.

She is wonderful! Dr. Buia is very caring and knowlegable. Whenever i need to have blood taken out I always go to her. She is fast and painless!! Her staff is excellent.

Dr. Buia is an excellent professional. She is very dedicated, and she takes her time with every patient. In the waiting room every patient has a good oppinion of her. I love her service, and knowledge.

She's been my PCP since I was 18 (20 years later) I try and stay away from that office as best as I can. She's a complete pain in the butt and not very knowledgeable in some instances. It seems as though she can only answer general questions otherwise you'll need to see a specialist. I'd add more but like I've said, I try and stay far away from there. Oh yeah and her office wait is like 2 hours! And she forgets to turn off her answering service AFTER lunch hours. NIIICE!
