I am six days post op of a rhinoplasty, and am so happy I chose Dr. Gayner!! I had no pain, and very little bruising/swelling. He is a very funny guy and phenomenal at what he does. His staff is very welcoming and professional. I'm beyond ecstatic with my results already and definitely will be recommending him to friends/family.

Where do I start? I have nothing but POSITIVE things to say about Dr. Gayner. and his entire staff from nursing to front desk. From the very first visit(Consultation) to facelift surgery early April 2015, to fillers Aug 2015 he has answered all my questions, gave his honest opinion of what he can and will do for me to make me look and feel better about myself. The results are AMAZING. He has made me feel like a totally new person. Now when I look at myself in the mirror I can smile at the new me and not hate what I see looking back at me. Would I recomend him to a friend or stranger? Absolutely. I can't begin to THANK him enough for what he's done for me. The staff is wonderful as well. They're right there cheering you on threw each step and procedure you go threw. So if your looking to have something done, look no farther. Dr. Gayner is the one to contact. Dr Gayner listened to what I wanted and gave me amazing results. I absolutely love my new nose and couldn't be happier. Also, the entire staff was friendly every time I had an appointment and in a situation where you're getting plastic surgery it's amazing to be surrounded by nice people who aren't judging you in anyway.

Dr. Gayner performed my rhinoplasty in early April 2015. During my consultations with Dr. Gayner I was met with the highest level of professionalism, he answered all of my questions thoroughly, and I was given realistic straightforward expectations of surgery. I also found his entire staff, from the nurses, to the ladies at the front desk, and everyone at the surgery center, to be just as caring, welcoming, and helpful. Overall I had such a positive experience! I am less than 2 months post-op and my results far exceed my expectations.
From the first initial consultation, to the actual surgery, and each follow up appointment I was so impressed by the care I received. I had full trust and confidence in Dr. Gayner’s judgment, craft, and knowledge; my only regret is not meeting with him sooner.

I have been to several other plastic surgeons over the past several years and I never felt like they were listening to my concerns. I was referred to Dr. Gayner by a co-worker and I am SO happy with my results. I originally just went in for a consult and I was so impressed by his knowledge that I decided to have my botox and fillers that day. I just returned from out of town for a work meeting and the compliments about "how refreshed and good I looked" made my day. I travel a lot for work and have been from NYC to LA trying to find someone I trusted and he was in central PA the whole time!

I had several botched fillers and went to Dr. Gayner seeking help on these areas. He was so gentle and did an amazing job correcting the problem areas . His staff is very professional and making you feel great when you leave. I work in Medical field and this Dr. and his staff are at the top of my list for professional and doing a great job. I left feeling and looking 10 years younger.

I struggled for several years to find that outstanding plastic surgeon in central Pennsylvania and consistently traveled to Baltimore, MD for a year or more to achieve good results. A couple of months ago a friend recommended Dr. Gayner to me, and I will be forever grateful. The experience at this office surpassed my highest expectations. The office is modern and professional, the office staff are very caring and knowledgeable, and Dr. Gayner is an expert in addressing all cosmetic facial concerns. He uses before/after pictures to fully explain recommended procedures, and I have found all procedures to be pain-free due to his skilled technique. I am a seasoned medical sales professional and have met many physicians over the years, but Dr. Gayner is at the top of my list. I found Dr. Gayner to be knowledgeable, talented, a good listener and caring physician. He examined my upper eyelids and recommended that I only needed the excess skin removed and advised against a bow lift also. To smooth my forehead creases he suggested botox rather than fillers, due to a few cases of permanent eye damage from fillers. His advice to use certain foods and natural supplements to control the swelling and discoloration (along with ice) was a great recommendation. I found the bruising to be a social annoyance but the swelling was minimal and I was wearing my contacts three days later. It's been two months and I have had many compliments as to how refreshed I look. The best part is I feel better about myself and look younger. I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend Dr. Gayner.

I've never had any cosmetic procedures done before, and I chose Dr. Gayner for injectable fillers. I am so happy that I did! He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, and answer all my questions. The office is clean and the staff is very professional. Most importantly, this doctor knows what he's doing!
