I would never recommend Dr. Greene as a surgeon. He was supposed to fix a small meniscus tear, yet ended up removing all the cartilage I had left in my knee and I am now "bone on bone" and suffer extreme pain. Never was this possibility of an outcome discussed with me. After enduring shots to my knee to help the pain (which did nothing) his only suggestion was to "double my anti-inflammation medication." He left me feeling hopeless and crippled and ruined my quality of life.

He said my wife needed surgery for a severe rotator cuff tear and after surgery found out from another staff 2 weeks later that there was no tear. He didn't even tell us himself. I guess I wouldn't either after such a blunder. Very unprofessional.

Very friendly office staff, and appointments are very easy to make. I was able to get an appointment the same day as my refferal was received!! I'm sure that is not typical, but it was great. Doctor Greene, in my opinion, is one of the best orthopedic surgeons there is. He made the correct diagnosis, and put into effect the best treament plan for my scenario. He is also very generous with the pain control. Overall 100%!!

I only saw Dr. Greene two times for a very painful knee. After a 10 minute office visit he said I had some arthritis and if I wanted he could give me a shot to help. After going to another doctor I was found to have a complete tear of the anterior cruciate ligament and partial tear of the posterior cruciate ligament, free intra-articular fragments in the suprapetellar bursa and about 7 other problems to long to list. My PCP referred me to him, but I guess if you are a 60 year old woman you aren't worth spending money on an MRI.
