I had my baby Everett done for a tongue tie. When I arrived I was greeted by the front desk. They were wonderful.
I met with Dr Fayad and Roxanne his nurse. They were so good. Roxanne made me feel at ease as I was crying but there was something about her I knew she would look after my baby and that she would be in good hands. She was so kind and caring.
Dr Fayad was so knowledgeable and gave me the info I needed.
Treatment was done and I can say I felt a difference immediately. Thank you Dr Fayad and all the staff.
You have a wonderful team and beautiful office.

My wife and I were in to have our newborns tongue tie assessed and treated with Dr Fayad in March. From the time we booked the appointment to when we had our appointment, the staff was super. Dr fayad and Melissa were very helpful and knowledgeable. My wife was very anxious and the manager Lisa came in to talk with us while our daughter was with the doctor. She was very friendly and helped calm my wife down considerably. We have since recommended friends of ours to this office. Thank you Dr Fayad, Melissa, Lisa and all the staff at Chapman Mills.

It has taken me a couple of weeks to write this.
I called to change an appointment back in February and spoke to Lisa. I was surprised on how I was treated on the phone. She hung up on me when I wasn’t even done.
I let that go maybe she was busy or having a bad day.
Fast forward….
I was in for my appointment, In the last couple of weeks
and had the pleasure of meeting her. Yikes…. Be aware. She was no better. Rude and very short. I was asking questions about insurance and she said she will get the person who looks after that to call me. She was talking to me like I was a child. So rude and abruptly. So I asked nicely. Could I speak to the manager or Dr. Fayad. She said I am the manager and Dr Fayad is with patients and doesn’t look after these issues. . Is there a problem.
I was shocked.
I said no problem at all. I grabbed my paperwork and left.
I have been going to Dr. Fayad since 2006. I have never been treated so poorly. I have always had a great experience. Definitely not a pleasant experience this time and I hope I won’t have to deal with her again.

Beautiful office and Dr Fayad is very knowledgeable.
We had our baby done last week and felt rushed by his nurse. Like she had other places to be.
The lady at the front she was very kind and very helpful. My only complaint would be his nurse. As a new mom I was already overwhelmed.

I was just there the other day. Dr. Fayad and Melissa were great. So caring and attentive to one's needs. Always concerned about your comfort during a procedure and communicating with you as work is being done. Staff are excellent. 10 out of 10!!!

I loved this office but today
I am actually so disappointed. I have been a patient of Dr. Fayad for years -like 15 plus.
I have seen the same dentist and hygienist for that long. They are fantastic!
I show up to my appointment actually to get my teeth cleaning and it wasn’t with Paul. No call, no email nothing.
I think I was ready to go crazy! Paul is the best. I see another person I believe her name was Michele she said that she replaced Paul. I didn’t even know what to say. So I let her clean my teeth I was due to see Dr Fayad and I waited but she tells me he is too busy to see me today. What???? Too busy. I was shocked. She said he is in surgery with a baby. What about me? I am his patient for years, I scheduled an appointment to get my teeth cleaned and see him, I refer tons of people. So, we are nothing is what I was thinking?
So, after my cleaning I get to the front desk and I ask if I can speak to Roxane, I wanted to say hi but also wanted to tell her about my appointment and how I was disappointed no one called to tell me Paul had left. I get told she is gone also but Alyssa/Lisa I believe they said could help me. So, I vent and I got that feeling she had no idea what she is doing, she seemed 😡 she was definitely not approachable like Roxane. She apologized and that was that. What happened to Roxane, she was so good and cared so much. The girls at the front desk I forgot her name but she was so great and she could tell I was so disappointed. John I hope this finds you and I hope you realize your old patients are just as important and not just your baby surgery. Thank you for the care but I guess it is time for a change. Also, Paul’s patients should be told that appointments aren’t with him. All the best

We've been trying our hardest to make sure all patients were aware. Although Covid has forced us to operate short staffed we'd like a chance to make this right. I have been seeing Dr. Fayad for many years. Like 10 plus years. The office has always been great I have always seen Paul. I went to my appointment last week and was saddened to here he left and not only he left but Roxane left. I was shocked and saddened, they truly made that office so special.
I ended up seeing a new assistant who cleaned my teeth she was nice but not gentle like Paul. The girl at reception was wonderful.
Still a great place but I was saddened. So, if you are like me and was expecting to see Paul- be ready for a new face.

Dr. Fayad is very thorough and professional. Nice bedside manner too. Always makes you feel at ease and comfortable. Very attentive. Staff are excellent! Show compassion and caring of your health and dental work. I highly recommend him and his office.

My wife and I were in today with Dr Fayad and his nurse
Roxane. Wow!!!! they were amazing. From the time his nurse opened up the door to greet us I said to my wife our boy is going to be in good hands. Roxane bedside manner was impeccable and she made us feel so at ease.
Dr Fayad came in the room to check our son advised us he had two ties and told us that it would definitely help my wife’s breastfeeding journey, since the last 3 weeks have been hell. So, we opted for treatment. Our boy was gone for about 3 mins. Treatment was done and he came back and my wife started breastfeeding. Immediately his latch was different my wife said.
So, here we are a couple of days later. He has already almost gained a pound and my wife isn’t crying every minute. Best decision. Dr. Fayad, Roxane thank you
