I switched hygienists to another clinic because I just didn't like the constant flux of staff. I do, however, still go to Dr. Plexman for checkups and any dental working. He's fantastic. Great dentist.

First appointment but so far staff is excellent, the office and staff were more than punctual (we were brought in early), Dr. Plexman is knowlegable and super helpful and was even able to get my son comfortable who has a lot of dental anxiety. Very happy with this office :)

Unfortunately, Dr. Plexman's poor attitude and inconsistency make him a terrible dental care provider. His destitue demeanor as well as his staff's is unacceptable. There are many excellent and professional dentists in this city, do not bother with this office.

Dr. Plexman and his colleague overlooked 6 cavities in my teeth despite me going for check-ups every 6 months and having had XR's (that clearly showed those cavities). I found out about this when I left his practice because Dr. Plexman was unable to fix the one cavity on time he actually had diagnosed. One of the overlooked cavities was residual tooth decay after a filling had taken place. I kept complaining about pain in that tooth but nothing was done. I now had to have a root canal in that tooth. In retrospect I wonder why these cavities were overlooked. Was it incompetence or was it done on purpose - because the larger the defect the higher the bill will turn out (a filling costs so much less than a crown or a bridge...).

AMAZING!!!!!! I cannot say enough great things about this office. The staff were the FRIENDLIEST people that I have ever had the pleasure of being taken care of by. They are experts in the field of dentistry and ensure that you feel welcome to boot! I was walked through everything that they did and was made to feel that they truly care about my unique situation. The service was very competitively priced and was the cleanest and friendliest office of any doctor or dentist that I have been in. No brainer! If you have a dentist, or if you need a dentist, you have no idea what you are missing!!!!!

My wife and I were going to see him. He recently stopped electronically processing benefits and made us pay up front. We were very put out by this. His office was not helpful for this reason. We have switched dentists to one who is more in tune with progress. Why a dentists office would take a step back technology wise, makes no sense to me. If you want to spend your time filling out forms and chasing after your insurance company, he'd be perfect for you.
