Had my first ever appointment with Dr. Kyle in March of 2022. I was super nervous after having a bad experience with another orthodontist, he and his staff are AMAZING!! they knew I was nervous they were very understanding and weren’t rude about it. I highly recommend Dr Kyle to anyone

Let me just start by saying my treatment turned out excellent and only had the braces about a year and a half. The bad if you ever have to get your permanent retainer re glued beware went in to get my retainer repaired and I understand how have to grind the old glue away what was totally unnessary is Dr. Kyle knew in the past that my teeth were very sensitive when grinding the glue off. He proceeds to walk over when I was in the chair and puts the grinder on full blast and pushes down on the teeth HARD! I can not be the only one who is sensitive to the glue removal his staff also seemed uneasy about the whole situation by giving looks to each other I left the office in tears and will never ever go back so you can get rid of my file too. My regular dentist said that was something he should have never done she fixed me up right and it was painless totally unprofessional.

I have been a patient of Dr. Paul Kyle since March 2019. I have been very satisfied with the service that I received during my appointments. Maria & Debbie always puts a smile on my face when I arrive. They are always so bubbly and greets you with a smile. While you are in the back, the dental hygienists and Dr. Kyle are so efficient and, they as well, are so welcoming.

I have been a patient of his for many years. Got braces from him when I was kid and always rushed me out of the office years later I needed to get them done again and paid for them a second time. Always rushing me out .Since I've had braces my wires keeps braking off. And I went for a teeth cleaning the dentist said no one even uses wires no more and couldint figure out why de kyle had chosen to give me wires when there are new ways of keeping teeth clean he also stated wires brake all the time. So I called his office last week no one answers only answering machine so they called me back and asked if i could go in rite away and i said I couldn't I was at work so then they said I would need an appointment and that they will ne charging me coes I was no longer a patient and that kyle does not fixe wires of they brake unless you pay since 2017. So I called my dentist office he will fixe me up. Done with him I will never recomend

They dont answer their phone its very hard to get a hold of them unless you go there i expected more for the 6k i had to pay to fix my boys teeth

He was rude and smug. When I asked a question about options he replied “ that would look stupid”

My son recently had his braces put on. My initial consultation was excellent. Maria and Debbie were helpful and always smiling. The ladies that put my son's braces were nice and knowledgeable. Dr. Kyle always comes and checks on his patients and answers all questions.
