My Mother was taken on as a patient of Dr. SONDHI. He has been an excellent Dr for her. She is having a difficult time with terminal issues. He has been quite forthright with his diagnosis & treatment & she is very confident with him. He has responded to txt immediately. I would highly recommend him. He has a great bedside manner & treats my Mom with the respect I feel she deserves! Thank you Dr SONDHI!

Dr. Sondhi is one of a kind. Dr. Sondhi takes excellent care of me and my husband. He gave us his email so if we are concerned about something we can email him and he answers within 24 hours if he has a answer to our question. I am so grateful to Dr. Sondhi for taking us both on as patients after moving back from Newfoundland. My husband has quite a few medical issues and Dr. Sondhi does not stop until he has refereed him to the right specialists. The medical staff are very considerate and have not had a problem getting an appointment when needed. Thank You Dr. Sondhi !

Very happy with dr Sondhi. His staff is excellent and very knowledgeable. He is very fast so you may have to write down your questions to make sure you get them all answered. I love how quickly you get in to see him and if he's not available then at least you get to see one of his interns. I love that he gives out his email and is always quick to respond! He takes my care seriously and genuinely cares about me and my family. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Sondhi saved my live in Aug.31/2009 when I had a stoke. He's a great Doctor. I'm almost fully recovered now. Thanks to DR. Sondhi. I'm so greatful. I'm now living in Pickering , ON and have another Doctor.

Dr. Sondhi took on my in-laws when they moved in with us and we were so grateful. He is a great doctor and his staff is wonderful. Every time I have called I have gotten answers usually the same day. I am called with INR results the day after the specimen is collected without fail. He is personable and answers all questions thoroughly. I appreciate that he is matter of fact. When my m-i-l was very ill, he expedited appointments to get treatment faster.

I have been very happy to find Dr. Sondhi, he has been awesome when dealing with my young children, and has been very thorough if there has been any further issues, he has looked in to them to make sure there are no further issues. He has also been very respectful in the immunizations of my children and has not pushed or made me do any more immunizations than I choose to for my children, or do anything that I don't feel comfortable with when dealing with my children. The staff has been very helpful and very friendly and do their best to call my children and I by our first names and always smile when I see them. Thank you for making a doctoring experience wonderful.

I really like Dr. Sondhi and his staff. The ladies are always incredibly nice and normally when I call, it is answered on the 1st or 2nd ring. The only thing that I don't care for is how they book their appointments. The last time I called(end of November)I wanted to book an appointment for my annual exam for the beginning of January however I was told that I would have to call back because they only book appointments 2 weeks out. This is quite frustrating.

When my husband and I first became patients of Dr. Sondhi, he was very good. Lately, though, he has become absent from his office ( I have seen 2 other docs and the ER docs) when I really needed my "family" Dr. He is way too busy building up a new practice to be there for his patients and he spends much of the time delegating problems to his staff. The staff is friendly enough, but need to follow up on things much quicker than they do. Some of us have issues with health problems that should not have to wait a month!! I truly HATE booking an appointment since the hassle only aggravates my problems more. And even during business hours, the phone often goes unanswered! Oh, and is it just me or has anyone else noticed how Dr. Sondhi can totally confuse you by "swaying" back and forth while he talks to you?? I am not at all impressed by him or the staff and wish I could find an real doctor!! One who cares about his patients and not his status in the medical world!

He is knowledgable and punctual, his staff is great and he is very kind and caring. the only problem is that no one ever calls me back when they say they will or follows through with referrals etc. it can be very frustrating. I think they ae all over worked.

I have an mechanical heart valve,and must be monitored for INR levels.I have been left hanging for my numbers and have no idea how much warfarin to take.Nobody calls me from Sondhi's office and I am made feel like I'm bugging the staff when I need my results.
