Blue Cross / Blue Shield
Knowledgable doctor, and friendly. However, buy your contacts from lens store or online. Buying through him costs more. Example: He charges $260 for 1 year-acuvue hydroclear. After $120 insurance payment, i still paid $220! The reason is the doctor gave me a $75 rebate coupon from Acuvue. After the rebate I paid 220-75=145 dollars, which is almost how much I would have paid after insurance (260-120=140). In other words, the doctor made 220 from me and 120 from my insurance. This adds up to 340 USD for an annual supply of contact lenses! Clever hah?!
