Rude, very rude. Dishonest, bad character. License suspended in Kentucky and Indiana.

Doctor was uninterested in my extensive past with pain management doctors, and just took my word for it, even though I offered to provide records - some may consider this 'easy', but I found it suspect. She ended up prescribing me three months of pain killers over the span of three weeks... irresponsible!! She also assured me she would handle referral process for my VITAL medications, then a week later to the day, chastised and belittled me for not being more pro-active about my care. I was too shocked to even retort. On second visit, prescribed me a medicine that did not exist - got weird looks from pharmacy techs that day! Overall, totally disinterested, detached, and cold doctor, in addition to scheduling completely superfluous visits. I wouldn't recommend her to my worst enemy. Do yourself a favor and avoid her!
