I was competing in a high school soccer game when I tore my right peroneal tendon. I went in to visit Dr. Cooper and she spent alot of time evaluating me to find out what the problem was. She did an excellent job of taking me through the process of surgery where I understood what was going to happen. The day of surgery I felt very comfortable with Dr. Cooper operating on me and She did a GREAT JOB!! She had me back to running and all of the other sports that I did in no time! And now for any foot problems I have, I will definitly go back to see Dr. Cooper and all of her friendly staff members!!

I developed some foot issues weeks before competing in a half marathon. Dr Cooper spent a lot of time with me, took x-rays and explained in detail my problem. She gave me tons of advice and medication which all worked immediately. I competed in the marathon without any pain or problems. I was impressed with the amount of time she spent with me and her knowledge of my situation. Would definitely recommend her!

Wort / Cyst excision. My experience has been the care is good but overpriced and services & products are stacked increasing your bill. My opinion is, it is all about the money there. I was provided what the allowed insurance reimbursement would be prior to receiving care. I thought this was as a professional courtesy then I was then told it is their policy that you pay in full the date of service prior to billing of insurance. This did not sit well with me because I am a financially responsible person.

A few years ago I started having pain in my foot. I made an appointment with Dr. Cooper because she was close to where I live. After a series of shots I was pain free. I wear orthotics and go back once a year for a checkup and I am still pain free. Dr. Cooper is a great doctor with a very helpful and friendly staff. I would recommend Dr. Cooper to everyone.

I have been seeing Dr. Cooper for all of my foot troubles for many years now. She is always professional and highly knowledgeable. Her main concern is in the well being and treatment of her patients. She goes the extra mile to make you feel both comfortable and satisfied. I never experienced a terrible waiting time like the others are describing however it would be worth it even if I had had to wait a little bit. Dr. Cooper truly emulates how a doctor should be and you will not be sorry if you visit her for any of your podiatric needs.

Dr. Cooper did surgery on both my feet in 2009. I was nervous about the procedure, but she put my fears at ease right away. She is very kind and definitely knows what she is talking about. She even called me that evening after the surgery to see how I was doing. I don't know of any other doctors who would go to such lengths! I still go to her regularly for checkups, and would never go anywhere else. Yes, she is sometimes running behind but that is true wherever you go. She is definitely worth the wait!

Everyone I talked to about my foot pain recommended Dr Cooper and now I know why. Dr Cooper and her staff are very kind and caring. She has the best medical staff- they answer all my questions, keep me informed and make me feel like family. Dr Cooper listens and explains her diagnosis very well. She carefully outlined my treatment options and together we decided on my treatment plan. Since I have a high deductible health insurance plan, her billing manager even told me the cost of my treatment before my treatment was initiated. My foot feels so much better and this is the best experience I've ever had in a doctor's office. Thank you Dr Cooper and staff!

Don't value the time for her patients. I was put in a room for about 45 minutes with no communication whatsoever on how long it would be before I could see the doctor. In terms of treatment it was only my second visit. On my first visit she told me to get a boot that cost $400 and get an MRI. i told her i had a pacemaker and couldn't get one but she insisted I could get one and she was wrong. It took a week for her office to get back to me on that. Overall just a bad experience. Will not use this doctor again.
