Honestly Dr. Eversman is a terrible Dentist. Because of him I've developed a fear of the dentist. He doesn't practice preventative dentistry and on multiple occasions he's ignored problems. He's not very nice and I always feel judged when I go. Most of the hygienists aren't nice but some are. One time he accidentally drilled into my cheek and either didn't notice or didn't say anything and I was in pain for a week. In general just avoid this place. It's bad news.

Hmm I'm not sure who the other people saw but my experience with Dr. Eversman and his staff has been great. It's a very nice husband and wife team who seems to know their patients very well. They are able to get my family in on Saturday mornings so I don't have to take time off work. Everyone is polite and jovial. I have have regularly been able to call at odd hours and speak with Mrs. Eversman about my account and or scheduling appointments. They are a great family friendly practice.

Doctor said he could not treat me after I missed a routine appointment. I understand the inconvenience I caused but I think completely dropping me as a patient was a little dramatic. Also, office is in shambles, assistants are not knowledgeable. Go somewhere else for dental needs!

Office Staff lacks basic Insurance filing and mailing skills. Due to their inefficiency, claims to get not get filed, do not get paid, and the patient is totally unaware of any problems until the collection agency calls. Then by that time, Insurance will not cover charges because the plan’s time limit for filing claims has expired.
