I bought a package of 3 IPL laser treatments. The first session was slightly painful and my face turned brown with spots which is normal but in one week the results were good except one small area where it bled becaue the laser went too deep or too hot. At my second appointment I was little hesitate but thought I would tell Dr. Chapman what I thought and give him a second try. This session was very painful to the point that I was moving away from him and almost jumping off the table. The laser is going snap snap and he's super fast and not slow and steady. I have a huge blister on my right cheek that is oozing clear running liquid. I called the office and his wife said this was normal. NO WAY!I have had 6 other IPL treatments in the past 5 years and I have NEVER gotten burned. It is so bad I made a Dermatologist appointment to see what they can do for my wound so it won't leave a scar. I am very unhappy. I am taking pictures too. At least they return my $ for the last session.

I can notice the difference but I think he may have been a little conservitive on the botox.

I got a flat stomach at their clinic. I am so glad I finally signed up for smart lipo. It was worth every penny.

I went to see Dr. Chapman for simple botox between the eyes. I'd had it before and it was great. After a couple of days I noticed that it was not as effective as it was before. I called the office and the receptionist(his wife) told me to wait a full week. I did and called back to say that it was still not right. I asked if I could come in and have Dr. Chapman take a look at it. She flew off the handle and told me that they don't do free botox in her horrible accent and hung up on me. I can't see them staying in business very long. You can't treat people that way and expect to have a successful business. I suggest that you go somewhere else..try Dr. Tess Mauricio, she is great and if anything is wrong or you have any concerns she will gladly address them and take good care of you.

Dr. Bart Chapman is a great doctor, he knows how to make you beautiful. When you go to see him for procedure or consultation you are in good hands. Botox helps me to get rid of forehead horizontal wrinkles and vertical lines between eyes, visible results for couple months. My vertical deep wrinkle never comes back, it refreshes my look so much.

SmartLipo proceedure - Great Preop treatment said I was the perfect candidate, should have excellent results, after procedure, only one follow up the day after, which he thought were excellent but full results would be in 6 months. Less than 6 months, but waited, had big "divots and craters" on inside of lower thigh and on hip, one leg bigger than the other. And yes I have pictures to show. Had to have corrective proceedure done. The correction office used more openings, more lidocane alot less pain, better after garments, more follow ups had to spend extra time tring to "blend" areas. Chapman would not even offer to try to correct, would not refund any monies, says he followed procedure correctly, when I challenged his ability he told me to leave his "private practice" or they (his wife the receptionist/assistant) would call the police. He tells you he answers his cell phone all the time but when he know who it is he won't or he will yell and hang up on you. Beware.
