Dr Zachary is great. His staff, however, is rude and unresponsive. After 7 days of unreturned phone calls from the office manager and nurse and 4 prescription refill requests from pharmacy, we will changing doctors. We have never experienced this type of ineptness from a medical practice.

I blame myself as well as Dr. Zachary. I went to another urologist before him for my frequent urination problems. He did an x-ray and found a large stone right at the exit of the kidney to the urethral track. He advised getting that stone removed first before any other symptoms being addressed. I held off on that being the frequent urination was my first concern. Then we had a temporary move that put me closer to Zachary's clinic and I went to him as the frequency problem got worse. I had several visits where he seemed to quickly prescribe one BHP medication after another and nothing worked . Finally, he advised a prostate trimming which I agreed to and had done. It did nothing for the bladder and urinating difficulties, but more than likely added to blood and blood clots being peed, not to mention pain and sleeplessness. But he knew about the kidney stone because I had brought him a CD of the scan that showed the large stone the first visit. He never showed an ounce of concern about that almost one inch stone which I later had removed in two surgeries by other doctors. That stone was certainly a contributor to the clots, irrations and probably a contributor to me having to go back on dialysis since my already weakened kidneys were greatly obstructed and aggravated by that stone blockage. The only reason I write this after 3 years is I saw Dr. Zachary's name associated with the Urolift procedure I'm interested in and was searching doctors in the area that do it, but certainly, he won't be the one.

dr. Zachary has performed a cystoscopy on me on March 2018 without any anesthesia. it was a TORTURE with all means. I thought that this is the only way to do it but when I discussed with my relatives, friends, doctors, everyone of them was wondering how come he does this procedure without any anesthesia or whatever pills to make the experience less painful. Apparently I am the only one done it this way and he is the only doctor does it this way. I am extremely disappointed and this was my worst medical experience with any doctor through my whole life.

Terrible! Doctor likes to talk but not listen, write prescriptions but not treat disease.

It’s a factory. No concern for patient. If their follow with patients was as fast as their billing it would be much better

Dr. Mark Zachary helped to save my life. Through his advice, I was able to cure a cancer in my prostate and that was over five years ago! As far as I am concerned Dr. Zachary is very knowledgeable and helpful to his patients - for real!! That is why I trust anything in urology to Dr. Zachary because I have a lot of confidence in his urological expertise! He is a rare find in the field of doctors - some of which only care about one thing - how much money can I make with this patient? He is not like that and really goes out of his way to make certain that anyone has the best medical care possible!

The worst doctor. His politics dont concern me but he thinks they should. His communication skills and duty of care and expertise all concern me, but dont seem to be his priority. I'd rather be treated by a moneky than this quack
