I waited 8 months to see this “specialist” just to be told the initial doctor referral has expired so I had to get a new one! If the office puts their efforts to actually resolve patient issues not so much on administration and ways to milk the system - they will be much more efficient in utilizing the tax payers money!😡

Receptionist was friendly and Dr, Ung was very professional and her treatment has prevented me from geting skin cancer.

This Ung doctor is one of the worst dermatologists I have ever met. She is rude, doesn't let you ask questions or address any concerns. She just keeps talking and making her point - basically that it is the way it is and there is no solution. You dont go to doctors to hear this. Then why is she a doctor and charging the government for seeing patients. My parents had taken me to this one when I was a baby and they gave up after the first visit because they found her obnoxious. This time after i am grown up my family doctor referred me to her and thats why i was forced to go. My mom did warn me against her.

If you have a choice, DONT GO TO HER. She doesnt know what she is doing. She first needs to learn communication skills.

If you want a doctor who cares about you or your condition, Dr. Chantal Ung is NOT the doctor for you. First off, on my first visit she misdiagnosed my condition. She took a sample to test to confirm the condition, but never bothered to check the test results. At my next visit when I asked about the results, she had to go fishing through a bunch of info before reporting that the results were "inconclusive". Total waste of time. Then, when the condition got worse and I wanted to book another appointment, I didn't get a call back for 3 days. The staff are rude and emotionless and want to get you off the phone as fast as they can. Also, this doctor only works 4 days a week, because her cushy vacation time is more important than you.

Don’t waste your time. She doesn’t listen to your concerns. Just want to rush you out. Waited 4 months for this appointment, she gave me 10 minutes and dismissed me. Worst dermatologist.

Horrible first visit. She sucks - left with a bad taste in my mouth. First off the clinic is unkempt, dirty.. appears nothing has changed in 50 yrs. Chairs, tables, rooms like it was left from the early 80's Goodwill store. Did not feel comfortable from the get-go. She came in 45 min late. Ignored my displeasure that I was about to leave cuz she was so tardy. Very dismissive, did not care, did not write notes. Basically, a skin tag swelled up from bacteria. What my family doc did was right in prescribing anti-biotics, fucidin ointment. It has healed and left a black blemish. She said very dismissively it's like that. Asked about 2 other issues she looked at me side-eye like I was an issue and said anything else - then left. All in less than 5 min. Do not choose this dermo. Very uncaring, dismissive, unprofessional... is not client service oriented. Dermo's make the most money on new patients and this is how you are treated. Pathetic!

Very dismissive and in a rush. Could not get a word in during consultation. Told me I had eczema because of the rashes on my face and hands. Wasn’t interested in any of the other symptoms I mentioned. Prescribed a cream and said if it doesn’t get better in a month, to do a biopsy. Even told me how to wash my hair so my “eczema” doesn’t get worse on my face. A few days later I was diagnosed by another dermatologist with a rare autoimmune disease, dermatomyositis and it was rapidly progressing to the point that my rheumatologist told me it may be life threatening. Please take your patients more seriously Dr. Ung or don’t practice medicine. You are playing with peoples lives.

Awful and annoying. Grumpty, rude, had an attitude, offered "solutions" before even hearing me out about the problem first. Dismissive. Not going back.

impersonal and cold. Dismissive and basically told me who has a life long history of skin problems that because nothing serious in the last 3 years. (I only saw her 1 year ago for the first time) I should go back to my GP. She did not even inquire about what my last problem was- it was pre cancer on my nose which was excised by a plastic surgeon,
She never even bothered to take my history.
