Great doctor, very glad to have her! I've never had a negative experience with her and she's been my doctor for around 10 years.

I have been having some ongoing health issues and on a few occasions do not hear back from Dr. McCaw's office. Of the times I have gone in, the receptionist is very nice however, the nurse or assistant is very unpleasant, uncaring and quite rude on multiple occasions. Dr. McCaw herself I find to be very nice but I find at times has her own perceptions and because of that does not fully listen. If health care were not what it is in NB, I would be finding a new doctor.

Last July 2022 dr McCaw she would call me to go over an injury form and NEVER called back. She was specific on a day and time and failed her obligation. For the past 6 months still waiting and it’s imperative I need this form completed for injury compensation. Obviously she doesn’t care about my financial needs and I have children which is an expensive upkeep. Also Keep on calling the receptionist to see what’s going on and she too NEVER calls back. I know there busy and I appreciate that but it’s the doctors duty to care for her patients and dr mccaw and staff have turned for the worse and now have no regard for helping their patients. Totally uncalled for

Does not call, try asking patients to call you at a certain time, vs you never calling patients back!

Dr McCaw is very attentive with my family. She listens and addresses issues in a prompt manner.

Dr. McCaw and her staff are second to none! Amazing! The only issue I have is it is hard to book and appointment. Kind of reminds me of the afterhours clinic model.

As a woman who has experience trauma in her past, I feel completely safe with Dr McCaw. She has been my Family Dr for the past 10 years and I never once felt judged, nor has she ever brushed off any of my concerns. I trust her in entirety, as my Doctor and my children's Doctor. She is friendly, warm, caring and professional. She remembers everything about my children, and makes them feel at ease. She is an amazing individual and we are all incredibly lucky to be able to entrust her with our physical and emotional well-being.

She goes above and beyond, and doesn't deserve the heat she's been getting in recent ratings. Above all, she is not only a Doctor... she is a mother, a wife, a HUMAN BEING.

It is through no fault of hers that she may have needed to cancel/miss scheduled appointments/calls. It is unpleasant, but it is a new reality with COVID. Our medical professionals are often times needed elsewhere, and are not always in control of where they go/when they go. It is up to us to be understanding of this, and not to flock to pages such as this to write out our complaints.

No one is perfect at what they do, what matters is where their hearts are and that they are doing their best. Dr McCaw is passionate, kind, caring, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her to all that I meet. I don't need perfection, I need passion and capabilities, of which she has ample.

Dr. McCaw exudes care for her patients. When she is with you, you feel like you are her only patient. She is knowledgeable, reliable, and compassionately candid.
