Le service à la clientèle est très faible. 3 rendez-vous au téléphone et un en presentiel qui auraient pu se régler en 2 seuls rendez-vous. Je n'ai jamais vu ca: des rendez-vous au téléphone entre 8h 30 et 12h00, pour un appel qui dure 2 minutes. Le temps des patients est aussi important que le temps d'un médecin. Pour les rendez-vous en presentiel: l'attente est très longue. Pour ses connaissances je ne peux vous dire je ne lui ai jamais parler assez longtemps pour le savoir. J'en ai conclus que plus elle a de rendez-vous plus elle fait de l'argent car les médecins sont payés à l'acte. S'il y a des trous dans le budget de la santé vous devriez faire une petite enquête du côté des médecins.

Dr. Bourdage is very knowledgeable and helpful. I am very happy with her as my family doctor. When I have a medical issue she doesn't leave a stone unturned. I appreciate her attention.

This is the kind of doctor you die in the care of in aspirations of processing more visits in a shorter time span. **Would like to discuss your Cancer diagnosis after your sciatic issue.. Forget it you’ll need to book another appointment before seeing her for another 60 second blur. We as well as a train of others have opted to get back onto the provincial waiting list.. This is not a family doctor it’s a machine to process as many calls as possible before taking off for a month or two in the summer leaving no fallback support. Be very aware!

Waited 30 minutes for her to give me a test result that took 2 minutes. She was not very sympathetic of the diagnosis I got.

Although, her staff is very nice.

Dr. Bourdage is lovely !, Her clinic is run efficiently.
We. have had the pleasure of visiting her clinic , and also a phone consultation for ultrasound results. The receptionist is very nice, friendly and helpful.
The nurses are friendly , and help the clinic run so smoothly.
Its a quiet place to sit while waiting , nice music and very clean.
Without hesitation I would give Dr. Bourdage , and the clinic staff a 5 star rating !, ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

"She doesn't spend enough time with me" it's an overburdened Healthcare system and she wants to help as many as she can. Great GP. Don't listen to the Karens

Unprofessional and unethical, she spends very little time with her patients and relies on her computer to give her the information that the nurse (very good and knowledgeable staff) pre-populated for her. She 'forgot' to send the prescription to the pharmacy and insisted that we get another appointment to fix her error. We've waited 2 years on the provincial waiting list to get a family doctor and that's what we end up with.
We're so unsatisfied with that doctor that we've signed our name back on the provincial family doctor waiting list.

She spends very little time with patients, long wait time, she even cancelled part of the appointment I had because she said she was running late. My son is on the autism spectrum and she gave a rude comment about autism. Overall she doesn’t seem to care about her patients but more about her wallet.

It was my third visit and needed to wait an hour to be seen every time . They overbook patients to make more money and will only talk about one issue a visit to make more money ! They think u can spend hours there over and over for a few small issues.
