Quiet but attentive. Listened to issues and what I wanted to do. Good experience.

He seemed to know what he was going to say before I even walked through the door and insisted he knew more about me in ten minutes than my other (trusted) doctor has learned in sixteen years. He's not friendly at all and I would never recommend him to a friend and likely not to an enemy either. He's clearly just there for the money. He had a diagnosis in mind before he even met me.

Dr. Shah is very quiet and can be difficult to understand. He seems like a really nice man, but does not appear to be interested in much of the appointment. Generally appointments are 7 mins or less. Does not listen well. Office is difficult to work with- they have not passed messages on to doctor or therapist I see there several times. Nor is he good at returning requests for medication refills from my pharmacy. It is very difficult to get appointments (he would request to see me in a month, but the next opening would be in 4 months). I would absolutely not recommend him or anyone else at Wellspan Behavior Health.

Very stoic, no personallity, just asks questions from form. Doesn't listen, no therapy help. In it for the money.
