PLEASE SEE SOMEONE ELSE!!! This is not the only office that accepts your INSURANCE. Straight to the point, this facility sucks. I don't understand how the 5 star reviewers aren't embarrassed for lying. Front desk STAFF very poor attitude, service, empathy, and care less what you need or want. I blame management for this, when you request to speak to manager apparently he or she is never there. When I'm at the waiting area I hear the phone ring and you can see them ignore it. I have yet to be seen by the doctor and I've been there for a year. Always the physician assistant saying well before I request this for you the doctor needs to approve it so I'll call you next week. Waiting game. Will be searching for a new doctor after giving them a chance and an opportunity hoping it was just some days or visits but it's everytime.

Always have to wait, you get the appointment at 8:30 and the Dr doesn't get their after 10 or later

always have to wait. No call to follow up, Never calls when promised, and never wants to take responsibilty for mistakes. office is dirty and dated ect, ect, ect.

Great Dr., the only thing is that you have to wait a while to see him.
