He's the most thorough doctor I have ever had look at my eyes. Everyone in office is friendly and respectful, and I love my glasses!

From the minute you walk in the door and greeted by Kim or Michelle, you feel like family. Dr. Sassi takes his time, entertains you during the eye exam, making you feel at ease and is professional. On-site Optician, Mr. Adam, is professional, easy to talk to and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Dr. Sassi and his team of professionals.

He took the time to explain all of the photos and scans and I left there having learnt so much more about eyes - more than I even thought was possible. Great staff, fun environment and laid back. Turnaround on glasses was very fast too.

Wow, an optometrist that doesn't rush me out in 15 minutes and prescribe me glasses I can't use. It's a miracle! I'll never go anywhere else.

My favourite part about this office is how much laughter and good times are had by all involved. The staff are friendly with everyone and each other and it shows the positive work environment which is so crucial in today's world. They provided me with top notch care and I get what I pay for- which is the best eye exam, best glasses, and most importantly they are there every step of the way to help me. I appreciate everyone there so much!!

This was the most thorough eye exam I have ever gotten. The technology was advanced and the doctor was down to earth- a combination you do not see anymore nowadays. I can tell that the staff care about their patients and do their best to make the experience a fun and educational one. I am glad I chose to see this doctor!

Dr. Joe talked with me over the phone when I was concerned about an eye issue and suggested I go to the ER and save my money because he would just send me there anyway. He saved my eyesight. My retina was detached and I needed emergency surgery by an ophthalmologist. He is gifted.

Everything from start to finish was smooth and a wide assortment of glasses are available. COVID protocols were exceptional and everything was clearly laid out so I knew what to expect for every test. Fun friendly staff made the experience even better than anticipated. 100 out of 10!
