Je suis vraiment déçu ça fait presque 10 ans c'est mon médecin de famille et ça fait plus de 8 fax que la pharmacienne envoi et pas de retour j'ai des migraines chroniques j'ai même pu de medoc et le reste de mes traitements sont à renouveler la secrétaire me dit elle sait pas je perd confiance et ça aide pas mon anxiété

It is totally unprofessional to only return my requests 2-3 weeks later from this doctors office. And being closed is a bad call

I am writing this on behalf of my 82 year old mother. We are all living a very unusual situation with the pandemic. However, it is inconceivable to be left hanging when requesting a call back to obtain a requisition for tests. His secretary should have the decency to return calls within a reasonable timeframe. If the doctor is no longer practicing, please advise the patients (on doctor's voicemail message or by other means) . It's not respectful to treat people this way and especially not elderly patients.

Myself and practically my whole family see Dr. Caldareri, and I honestly think he is a good doctor. He is Human and takes his time to answer any questions we have. But... since this Covid situation it is impossible to get in touch with either him or his secretary. We have prescriptions to renew, test results to get and unfortunately are worsening our health because we don't know what to do!!! The pharmacist cannot understand how neglective and irresponsible he is being right now. He is a Doctor, and is now playing with our lives. If anyone does get in touch with any of them, please let them know that his devoted patients of many years are anxiously waiting for a call back. And if you're reading this, Dr. Caldareri, If you no longer want to practice please have the decency to refer us to someone else and not leave us hanging there with no life line!!!

Secretary makes the phone ring and then you hear a click and it hangs up. Never answer pharmacies for renewals by fax. The doctor used to be good a long time ago but now almost always on vacation and only works 2 evenings a week and one morning for blood tests.

la pharmacie du coin connait son nom comme étant celui à qui il faut faxer 3-4 -5 fois pour avoir un renouvellement de prescriptions... la pharmacie sur place n,a pas une haute opinion de leur façon de travailler!!! la secrétaire ne vas pas chercher les fax,,,.. la secrétaire du bureau voisin a une piètre opinion de la secrétarie qui ne va jamais chercher les fax pour les renouvellements. ne retourne pas les appels.. souvent au téléphone personnel... ma conjointe a du faire des pressions auprès de la pharmacie pour avoir un renouvellement d'urgence pcq le doc et/ou la secrétaire n'avait pas répondu au 3e fax.... il a fallu attendre après les vacances de monsieur pour renouveler... si on pouvait changer de médecin de famille, on le ferait! n'a jamais retourné les résultats de test sanguin suite a un zona... la secrétaire est d'une inefficacité à toute épreuve.... et elle prend ses rendez-vous à la mitaine... peu importe l'heure de votre rendez-vous, si vous arrivez tôt, vous passerez tôt.... garrochez -vous près de la porte quand ça ouvre et vous passerez plus vite!! .. !

Anyone who has negative things to say about Dr. Caldieri must be from another planet. Sorry, but I've been dealing with Dr. Caldieri for over 10 years and have NEVER had an issue.

He is not a good doctor and his secretary is even worse.. the pharmacies cringe when they see his name on a prescription. He does not answer them back and neither does his secretary. They dont give any results back no matter how imperative they are! She doesn’t answer the phone. They should both be reported to order of doctors. He also gives his patient’s results to others. Disgraceful!
