Phone calls rarely answered No return calls after leaving message. Has retired no warning or no info about closing/retiring no help or advice to find a new doctor. Unprofessional and clearly doesnt care.

Après avoir fait souffrir et mis en danger de mort plusieurs de ses patients, il a fini par prendre sa retraite sans en parler a aucun de ses patients. Hypocrite et sauvage, avec une secrétaire imbécile. Au moins il ne fera plus de mal (en tous cas comme ''médecin''). Comment fait-il pour dormir le soir ? Réponse: Il est tellement imbu de sa personne qu'il a surement oublié. MAIS, sa conscience ne doit pas être en paix...

I have been a patient of this doctor since I was a child and he and his secretary have been horrible since then. Calls not returned. Six hour waits to see him even if it's just to renew a prescription. Dismissal of my worries and complaints (I'm just a woman so I must just be hysterical).

Then post covid he retires without warning, allowing just requests for prescription renewals and then recently I discovered that he cut his line, also no warning, so now I have no access to the medication that I need to function on a daily basis and I know that I am not the only one in this situation.

I can't even say at least he was a good doctor because he wasn't. Any problems I had he told me were nothing and later I found out they were something once I saw someone who was competent. He honestly deserves to be sued and stripped of anything that suggests he is competent and knowledgeable in the field.

This is all without mentioning his equally horrible secretary. Extremely fake nice in person. Useless at her job. I honestly don't know what she was paid to do. She didn't return calls. Didn't make calls. Didn't answer calls. Nothing.

It's a good thing that this clinic is closed because it means these two monsters are no long able to hurt anyone anymore but they made sure to hurt us one last time. I feel for the elderly who got hurt the most by these people. I hope this is a blessing in disguse for us all and we will find competent people who can actually help. Good bye and good riddance.

Should be sued...He almost killed my mother with a very bad diagnosis. STAY AWAY, he's a criminal. I heard that he took his retreat (without telling all his clientele), LOUSY. Good for us, he won't be able to harm no one anymore (as a doctor...).

It says it all. Just awful. No return follow ups, no return calls. Hes retiring and doesnt find patients a new doctor. Unprofessional and clearly doesnt care at all.

Dr. Caldareri and his receptionist take far too long to respond to their patients, countless times over the years has this been an issue and during the COVID-19 pandemic has seen fit to close his doors and offer "over the phone diagnostics" which will be a note to take blood tests. Several weeks will pass before anyone will contact you, which means patients are chasing after their doctor for basic needs such as results or treatments. Not to mention closing the office for a month for holidays(November 3, 2021-November 29, 2021)? Absolutely absurd.

I encourage anyone having similar issues to contact the Collège des médecins du Québec and file a complaint.

Bonjour,

Cela fait bientôt 2 ans que j'ai subi une opération médicale. Depuis ce temps je n'arrive pas à rejoindre le Dr. Caldareri pour un suivi médical. Sa secrétaire et lui ne retourne pas les appel téléphonique. Ma famille et moi avons du prendre RDV dans une clinique privé afin de pouvoir obtenir nos renouvellements de prescriptions. Ma mère qui est âgées de plus de 28 ans ne l'a pas rencontré depuis le mois de novembre 2019 ...Elle fait du diabète, de la haute tension, arthrite arthrose, etc...Elle est obligé de se rendre à la clinique sans RDV de l’hôpital Le Gardeur à chaque fois qu'elle doit rencontrer un médecin, car son médecin de famille a disparu du radar. Heureusement que la pharmacienne est compréhensive et lui renouvellement quand même ses médicaments.

J'aimerai savoir comment porter plainte pour ce médecin qui manque de sérieux et de professionnalisme. Il est clair que la santé et le bien=être de ses patients ne font pas partie de ses priorités, car il est TOUJOURS en VACANCES!!!!

Nous avons tout essayer pour avoir un autre médecin de famille, mais sans succès. Nous sommes pris en otage par le Dr. Caldareri!!! Est-ce que le gouvernement attend qu'il y ait des morts pour réagir et nous sauver de ce médecin?

I am copy/pasting another review that was recently posted. It’s exactly how I feel about this office. Both the doctor and his secretary are very nice in person but the way they’ve operated during this pandemic is a disaster. What’s the point of asking patients to leave messages if you’re not going to return the calls? We have moved on and found a private clinic where my father’s needs are being met.

“I am writing this on behalf of my 92 year old mother. We are all living a very unusual situation with the pandemic. However, it is inconceivable to be left hanging when requesting a call back to obtain a requisition for tests. His secretary should have the decency to return calls within a reasonable timeframe. If the doctor is no longer practicing, please advise the patients (on doctor's voicemail message or by other means) . It's not respectful to treat people this way and especially not elderly patients.”

Cela fait plus de 6 mois que j'essaye d'avoir un rendez-vous téléphonique avec ce médecin. On ne retourne jamais mes appels.

Je ne sais plus quoi faire!!!

J'ai besoin d'une référence en pédopsychiatrie pour mon enfant et son école arrête pas de me demander c,est pour quand?

Je ne sais plus quoi faire.

Je crois que je vais devoir porter plainte au collègue des médecins. Parce que cela n'a tout simplement pas de bon sens!
