My husband and I have been a patient of Dr. pallo for several years. He is so nice and not pushy. He gives you choices and costs and tells you the truth not trying to up sell. The blonde woman who works at the front is amazing.
In Sept 2020 another doctor joined the business. A Dr. Hazem Al-TJjar. So we went today and find out he is now our dentist???? Dr Pallo is semi-retired and only works 2 days a week. I would have appreciated a phone call asking me if I wanted a new Dentist???
The higenist did a good job. Then tells me I have to have the new doctor look at my teeth. And of course the new doctor tells me I need a filling. I could barely understand his accent and he didn't explain why he just rambled off some numbers to the hygienist and left. I found out later it's not a cavity he just wants to fill an area where I have refeeding gumline which I have had for many years and Dr. Pallo told me about before and was fine with it. So I get to desk and of course they want to know when I would like the work done. I said no thanks you and from now on let me gave MY dentist Dr. Pallo.

I have attended Dr. Pallo’s dental practice for many years. I was recently charged 100.00 for my son’s missed appointment during COVID-19. I was unaware of the appointment, as I was not permitted to attend his previous appointment with him. Unfortunately the office has outdated systems for appointment confirmations. I will be attending a dental practice with text and e-mail capabilities.

Been going to him for many years. Always been great, my boys went to a couple other dentist just because they were away fir school but they preferred Pallo and his staff so much mire they now make sure to work dental around when they are home do they can use his office.

Dr. Pallo is great. He cares about his patients. His staff are good but they are lacking in care. The assistants don't pay as much attention as they should, I found myself to be drowning in saliva, and almost got a fat lip because they put so much pressure on lower lip and teeth. They are not as focused on the patient as they should be. they are nice, they are friendly but they need to pay attention.

This Dentist is wonderful and his staff is amazing! I would recommend this team to anyone. I just have one regret and that is I didn't know about them 17 years ago when I moved to St. Thomas. Thank you, Dr. Pallo
