If you don't want great treatment, go to her. Otherwise, stay away.

Dr. Syed and nurse Judith are AMAZING!!!! I was referred to Dr. Syed after a trip to the ER. I had an appointment within a week and was greeted by the lovely Judith. Both women were kind, professional and super helpful. When I had a reaction to my infusion, both if them took amazing care of me. Highly recommend!!

The way how they serve their customers by appointments is questionable. They don't seem to go by first come first serve. Despite how early your appointment is, they will still call people whose AFTER you as they are the same race... If your not ,you will be called much later or have to wait 2 hours! Not sure if there is discrimination practices' going on by first come first serve as it seems like Arab patients gets called first and then everyone else, despite if your appointment is a head of theirs, THEY will be prioritized first regardless. I literally had an appointment at 2pm but the lady AFTER me who was Arab had her appointment at 3pm gets called first anyways?!?! I confronted the receptionist about it as she is always there on Sundays, she said hers was first even though her appointment was at 3pm after me??!?!?
I had a parent who has heart issues and the way how Yasmin handled it very poorly. Like I get that she is overwhelmed by handling a lot of patients but f***in giving WRONG medications that was for a different patient, and not bothering to check her heart and kidneys unless if I asked her too otherwise she wouldn't bother?!? I asked for my parent's kidney results, she said there wasn't any...I was furious by this as I HAVE asked a referral about it before about this but apparently she still hasn't looked into it but will let me know and will call me. Yeah my a** they will call me. THEY WILL NEVER YOU unless you call them. Terrible services!! Its scary how people like this are doctors and
If your family relatives has a serious life threatening conditions STAY THE F***K AWAY FROM THIS CANCEROUS DOCTOR!!! You want a doctor who would do their job properly instead of the patient telling them to do their job!

Do not believe the garbage fake positive reviews, i bet their either her staff or other people who just wants to milk this crappy doctor. This doctor really DOES NOT care for her patients. Look another doctor who would and will do their job properly! All they care about is swiping the OHIP cards and waiting long a** hours. Seriously trash service. Look for a better doctor. Don't go for this so called "doctor"

As many people complained, its true despite booking an appointment you would STILL have to wait 2 hours for your turn...Makes me think what the purpose of booking appointments even for.

As someone mensioned I had this happened to me too. I would call in to confirm my appointment and the receptionist on Sundays would say that the appointment was cancelled. Eventhough I never cancelled it in the first place and would lie that "I" cancelled it which I never did or they would say it was never schduled in the first place. It seems like the receptionist is secrectly cancelling appointments without your permission and having to go through it all over again by reschduling it and having your visit delayed even further. The fact that it happened to me twice. It was the last straw. Not sure what kind of place would cancel appointments without asking the patient first....Thats a new low for a family doctor visit. I would avoid this place like a plague.

The receptionist on Sundays is the ABSOLUTE WORST!!! If you already booked an appointment 2 weeks ago with the same bloody receptionist and call back to confirm. The lady DOES NOT BOTHER to look up your appointment and would have the audicity to f***in gaslight u by saying oh u cancelled this morning when you didn’t. I knew she was bluffing because she DIDN’T validate me to confirm that i did?!? She just said I cancelled!!!


Even going to the appointment BOOKED, somehow u will have to wait 2 F***IN HOURS!!! Yasmin is nice and all. But her staff and the way how this office operates with the d****a** receptionist is f***in terrible! I honestly do NOT recommend this doctor

She seems like she wants to swipe as many Ohip cards as she possibly can in a day. Shes too focused on making money to focus on her patients.

Does not do her diligence as a doctor.
If you need a quick fix, I suppose she's fine, otherwise see another doctor
