Front office girl billed my husband for a fluoride & x-rays he never had.When asked why she replied Well your insurance pays for a cleaning -xrays and fluoride twice a year .We bill them and cash the check even if YOU DONT DO IT SO WHAT ITS PAID FOR!!!!!Called the ins.company they took the money out of their next check.Military People Need To Read The Statements Sent By Delta Dental And Call Them With Any Fraud.It costs the government money for these mistakes that can be used elsewhere.DENTIST REFUSED TO SEE MY HUSBAND TO DISCUSS THIS WRONG BILLING STOOD HIM UP FOR LUNCH APPT!!
